President Joe Biden suggested that Hamas terrorists invaded Israel and slaughtered its citizens to prevent him from bringing peace to the Middle East.
The serial prevaricator and teller of tall tales uncorked yet another of the audacious claims that have marked his five-decade career as a swamp-dwelling politician, speaking after the terror group released the first 13 hostages that it kidnapped during its murderous October 7 attack.
Speaking on Friday, the 81-year-old Democrat addressed reporters after the hostages were freed – no Americans were included – and like when he said that he “ended cancer” earlier this year, Biden’s remarks left many scratching their heads.
Biden says “the reason Hamas struck when they did” was because Biden wanted to “build a railroad from Riyadh all the way through the Middle East, into Saudi Arabia, Israel, etc., and all the way up to Europe” pic.twitter.com/fSvulriQ2k

While in the middle of answering a question from a reporter, the misleader of the free world went off script.
“Let me back up,” he said. “I cannot prove what I’m about to say, but I believe one of the reasons Hamas struck when they did was they knew I was working very close with the Saudis and others in the region to bring peace to the region by having recognition of Israel and Israel’s right to exist.”
Biden added that he wanted to “build a railroad from Riyadh all the way through the Middle East, into Saudi Arabia, Israel, etc., and all the way up to Europe,” then corrected himself that he didn’t really mean a railroad, but an “underground pipeline.”
Biden’s unprovable claim had X users smelling more of the same malarkey.
“Joe Biden is now claiming that the reason Hamas brutally attacked Israel is because he was close to ushering in peace in the Middle East,” said Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-Texas) of Biden’s wild claim. “This is delusional!”

This is delusional!
You know what peace looks like? The Abraham Accords. And we have President Trump to thank for that.

More reactions to Biden’s big revelation:
I was told there would be no malarkey.
This is malarkey.
Genocide Joe is actually claiming Hamas attacked Israel to spoil a peace deal in the region that he was brokering?
MALARKEY!

“Today’s releases are the start of a process,” Biden said, managing expectations over the lack of Americans who were let go by their barbaric captors. “Over the next few days, we expect that dozens of hostages will be returned to their families. We also remember all those who are still being held and renew our commitment to work for their release as well.”
