Biden to hunker down for Turkey Day at billionaire’s $39M Nantucket estate

There can be little doubt these days which party is the party of billionaires and, to the surprise of few, President Joe Biden is chummy with his fair share of fabulously wealthy men.

In a follow-up to his late summer stay at billionaire Tom Steyer’s $18 million Lake Tahoe home, Biden will embark on his annual Thanksgiving retreat to Nantucket Island and the first family will not want for much at private equity tycoon David Rubenstein’s sprawling $38.9 million compound nestled along Nantucket Harbor, according to the New York Post.

The estate “spans 13.9 acres, boasting a lavish 8,000-square-foot domicile… to include five additional structures, featuring a guest house and a swanky pool pavilion,” the newspaper noted.

The now 81-year-old president appears to have a pretty chill holiday weekend lined up.

“Apart from a scheduled chat with U.S. armed forces personnel on Turkey Day, Biden may meander through downtown on Friday and reportedly has plans to cap the day at Main Street’s annual tree lighting shindig, as he did last year with his wife Jill and other family members in tow,” the NY Post reported.

Back in 2021, during the heydays of the COVID pandemic, Biden was seen flouting a mask requirement while meandering downtown, shopping without a mask inside a store that required customers to wear a protective face covering.

Biden has reportedly been visiting the island since he was a senator in the 1970s, and he began crashing at his billionaire pal Rubenstein’s pad in 2014.

The GOP took notice of Biden’s Thanksgiving escapade, sharing that he has spent “405 days — 39.1% of his presidency — on vacation.”

The opposition party also celebrated the geriatric president successfully navigating the stairs as he and first lady Jill Biden disembarked in Nantucket:
