Rapper gets crowd chanting ‘We want Trump’ at University of Arizona

Rapper Lil Pump is pumping up the crowds at universities across America with pro-Trump chants that are breathing MAGA life into the nation’s divisive college campuses.

Most recently, the “Gucci Gang” artist was joined by hundreds of students at the University of Arizona in an enthusiastic chant of “We Want Trump!”

The rapper, also known as Gazzy Fabio Garcia, has long been vocal in his support of former President Donald Trump, who has clearly been forgiven for mistakenly calling him “Lil Pimp” at a rally in 2020.

Trump made up for it earlier this month at a rally in Hialeah, Florida, when he shouted out to the popular singer, who was in attendance proudly wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap.

“One of the few,” Trump told the crowd, “rapper Lil Pump.”

Lil Pump previously led the students at the University of Mississippi in a house-shaking round of “We Want Trump!”

And when the former president was arrested in August, Lil Pump posted his own mugshot next to Trump’s on Instagram with the caption “FREETRUMP.”

The post received more than a quarter-million likes and a “Yea buddy” from Don Jr., who reposted it on X.

On Thursday, Lil Pump took his support for Trump to the next level.

The artist showed off a new MAGA-inspired, red, white, and blue hairdo on his Instagram account with the caption “Pump for trump.”

Following his group chant in Arizona, many took to X to show their support for the singer’s message.

“ALL Arizonans are tired of the destructive Dems,” stated former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake. “#AmericaFirst.”

“I don’t listen to this young man, but if he’s got a crowd of young adults saying ‘We want Trump’… I’m all for it,” stated podcaster Rob Coates.

“LOUDER PLEASE!” exclaimed another user.


Others see the enthusiastic chants as a sign of a cultural shift occurring in America.

“It’s going to be different this time around,” stated D.C. Draino.


And, for some, it’s a wake-up call for the country.

“When lil pump becomes the voice of reason,” wrote one user, “you know you’re in trouble.”
