Hamas posts video plea of young woman taken hostage during music festival slaughter

A young woman who was abducted by Hamas during the massacre of concertgoers at an outdoor music festival pleaded for help in a video that was released by the Palestinian terror organization on Monday.

In the short video posted to Telegram, Mia Schem is seen receiving medical treatment for her wounded arm with the 21-year-old French and Israeli citizen saying that she is in Gaza and pleading for her release in the disturbing one-minute clip.

Schem, who went missing from the Tribe of Nova music festival where 260 civilians were slaughtered by the Islamist barbarians on October 7, said that she had undergone a three-hour surgery for her injury.

“Currently, I’m in Gaza. I returned early Saturday morning from Sderot; I was at a party. I was seriously injured in my hand. I underwent surgery on my hand at the hospital [in Gaza] for 3 hours. They are taking care of me, giving me medicine, everything is fine. I only ask that they bring me home as soon as possible to my parents, to my siblings. Get me out of here as soon as possible. Please,” she said, according to the Jerusalem Post which translated the video from Hebrew.

Keren Schem, the hostage’s mother said that she’s “begging the world to bring my baby back home” at a press conference after the terrorist organization released the video of her daughter.

“There are many children who went to this party, many babies, children, old people and Holocaust survivors that were kidnapped, their houses were burned,” she said, according to the Daily Mail. “This is a crime against humanity and we should all gather and stop this terror and bring everybody back home.”

The video is the first of a hostage who was taken during the sneak attack on Israel that claimed the lives of over 1,300 innocent people, killed in a rocket barrage and at the hands of murdering savages who butchered Jews in their own homes early on a holiday morning. Many of the victims were women and children, including babies who were reportedly beheaded.

Schem’s recorded plea for help is another piece of the relentless onslaught of pro-Hamas propaganda that has saturated legacy and social media in a mass persuasion campaign to portray the terrorists in a sympathetic light and to accuse Israel of committing war crimes, as well as killing Palestinian children to swing public opinion against the Jewish state’s response to the cowardly attacks.

“In the video published by Hamas, they try to portray themselves as humane. However, they are a horrific terrorist organization responsible for the murder and abduction of babies, children, men, women and the elderly,” the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a post to X, formerly Twitter, condemning the propaganda video.

“At this time, we are deploying all intelligence and operational measures for the return of all hostages—including Mia,” the IDF added.
