A top member of the Congressional Black Caucus ordered her fellow Democrats to quit complaining about President Joe Biden’s age and get in line to support the reelection of the rapidly declining career politician.
Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ) rejected growing concerns about the octogenarian career politician’s alleged descent into senility and told her fellow left-wingers to quit with their fussing and to just “shut up” and “get behind him the way you should.”
Watson, 78, scolded naysayers during a recent appearance on “The Dean Obeidallah Show” on SiriusXM as Biden loyalists intensify efforts to tamp down on voters who are looking for an alternative to Biden and his deeply unpopular veep Kamala Harris amid jitters that the deteriorating party leader could lose the White House to GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump next year.

“First of all, Democrats need to be resolute in supporting Joe Biden,” Watson said when asked about Biden’s age by the host. “There’s no reason not to support Joe Biden.”
“He’s done magnificently on behalf of this country. So shut up and just get behind him the way you should, “added the congresswoman, demanding obedience from party members. “And be and be there enthusiastically, because we’re not asking you to do a favor. We’re asking you to support the man who’s done so much for this country in one short term.”
“Everyone’s going to know that he went there with the UAW,” referring to Biden’s public relations appearance on the picket line with striking auto workers last week.

Rep. Watson also touted the party’s propaganda. “There are some really good ads on right now. I pray that they stay on because they speak specifically to various aspects of the community and how the community has been– how their needs and their desires and been dignified with the legislation and with the positions that the administration has taken.”
“And when we get into post-November this year, getting to some real….campaigning and we’re all solidly together talking about what we’ve accomplished and what we will accomplish again and how we do that together with the administration that showed up in the 117th Congress. I think the people in this country will see,” she added before the obligatory invocation of “our democracy” a bastardized term that no longer resembles its traditional meaning.
“I pray so because our democracy is hanging by a shoestring,” added the 78-year-old lawmaker, invoking the specter of the dreaded orange man. “And if that crazy man gets re-elected, somehow, we’ll lose our democracy because all he’s interested in doing is coalescing all power, all responsibility and all authority in the office of the president. And that sounds like an autocracy. But under him, it would be a kleptocracy.”
The word that evaded the congresswoman is that which best describes the U.S. government under Biden and that word is kakistocracy which is defined by the American Heritage Dictionary as “government by the least qualified or most unprincipled citizens.”
