Biden goes after Trump on Labor Day

Team Trump lowered the boom on “Crooked Joe Biden” with a Labor Day statement that was released after the cantankerous Democrat insulted the former president during a speech to Pennsylvania Union workers.

On Monday, Biden gave a speech to members of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 at the group’s Philadelphia office, gaslighting the crowd about the roaring engine of economic progress under his leadership and mocking his potential opponent in next year’s presidential election.

“Guess what? The great real-estate builder, the last guy here, he didn’t build a damn thing,” Biden said, mocking his 2020 opponent with a potential rematch in the offing.

“Under my predecessor, Infrastructure Week became a punchline,” he claimed. “On my watch, infrastructure is being a decade and it’s a headline.”

Hours after Biden’s speech, Team Trump punched back and punched back hard against the Biden family “grift machine” in a lengthy statement.

“Crooked Joe Biden is the destroyer of American jobs and continues to fuel runaway inflation with reckless, big government spending,” the statement reads. “The only thing he’s built is padding the bank accounts of the Biden Crime Family by selling out his country to foreign enemies for their own financial gain. Biden and his son Hunter sold access to the highest levels of government to the highest bidder, which posed a threat to our national security.”

“By contrast, President Trump passed record-setting tax relief for the middle class, doubled the child tax credit, and slashed more job-killing regulations than any administration had ever done before,” the statement continued. “Real wages increased and median household income reached the highest level in the history of our country, while poverty reached a record low.”

“President Trump produced a booming economic recovery, and record low unemployment for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and women,” the statement concluded, it was signed by spokesperson Steven Cheung and posted to social media on Monday afternoon.

The 2024 Republican Party frontrunner had his own very special Labor Day message for Biden.
