We all have opinions about the types of people who hang out the passenger side of their best friend’s ride, but what happens when it’s a whole bull riding shotgun in a modified Crown Victoria?
That’s exactly what one man found out while hauling around his four-legged buddy, named Howdy Doody.

Police in Nebraska pulled over a driver who had a steer in the passenger’s seat. I had no idea this was even legal. Is it? pic.twitter.com/pW27bqEGvK

Police responded when a shocked passer-by noted the odd sight and called 911 in Norfolk, Nebraska.
It turns out, the bull is a massive attraction at local fairs and parades in the state and much like human celebrities, gets a bit of a pass for eccentric but harmless behavior.
The police warned the driver to be careful and sent the pair on their way.
