An inferno of racial rage and anti-police rhetoric is likely in Ohio after police bodycam footage captured a cop seemingly ignoring fellow officers and unleashing a K9 on a young black truck driver who had his hands raised in the air as if surrendering.
On July 4, Ohio State Highway Patrol reportedly spotted a semi-tractor trailer with a missing mudflap.
Driven by 23-year-old Jadarrius Rose, the truck allegedly failed to stop for an inspection, leading to a lengthy police chase that ended approximately 40 miles south of Columbus when police deployed a second round of “stop sticks” to deflate the vehicle’s tires.
Bodycam footage — 40 minutes of it — shows Rose standing in front of his truck, his arms in the air. Officer Ryan Speakman with the Circleville Police Department is seen with his police dog and an officer, perhaps Speakman, can be heard telling Rose to get on the ground “or you will be bit.” The trucker driver ignored the order and remained standing with his hands raised.

“Do not release the dog – with his hands up,” a State Police trooper is heard shouting to Speakman.
But the officer appears to ignore that advice and released the canine who raced towards Rose and attacked him while he was kneeling on the ground — he went to his knees when the canine got close to him.
As the dog appeared to be pulling on him and biting him, Rose is heard screaming, “Please get it off!”
“Get the dog off him!” a trooper barks.
“You just let the dog bite me,” Rose said.
“As troopers were attempting to gain compliance by providing verbal commands to the suspect, Circleville Police Department deployed their canine, which resulted in the suspect being bitten by the canine,” the highway patrol said in a statement, according to the Daily Mail.
It is unclear if Officer Speakman has been put on leave.
According to WOSU Public Media, Rose, from Tennessee, was immediately provided with first aid as EMS was called to respond. Rose was arrested and charged with failure to comply, a fourth-degree felony. He was reportedly unarmed.
A review of the incident is being conducted by the city’s Use of Force Review Board, Circleville Public Safety Director Douglas Debord said.
“This case remains under investigation and the Patrol is unable to provide any further details at this time,” said Highway Patrol Sgt. Ryan E. Purpura in a statement.
On Twitter, the disturbing event already has people calling for Officer Speakman’s job, as people rush yet again to condemn the police.
This is what happens when you hire sadists as law enforcement officers!

Others are betting that Rose will never have to drive a truck again.
Someone is about to get paid. Thank God for the cameras.
