Bannon blasts ‘pathetic’ Jim Jordan for kowtowing to ‘worm’ John Durham: ‘It’s a disaster’

Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon was not happy with the much-anticipated testimony of former Special Counsel John Durham on Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee, and he was even less impressed with Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), calling the committee chairman “pathetic.”

“I mean, yesterday, Jordan was pathetic,” a fuming Bannon told “War Room” guests, attorneys Kash Patel and Jeff Clark. “Did he try to ‘St. Durham’? Did he try to make Durham ‘St. Durham?'”

“Absolutely,” replied Clark.

“Let’s be blunt,” Bannon stated. “If you didn’t have Matt Gaetz yesterday and a couple of others–they were making him St. Durham. It was a disaster.”

As BizPac Review reported, Rep. Gaetz (R-Fla.) ripped into Durham for not “really trying to expose the true core of the corruption” inherent in the Russian collusion delusion hoax and conspiracy theory.

“You’ve given us testimony today that you’re disappointed that the FBI didn’t cooperate more, right. … So we’re disappointed too, but the difference is that when regular folks do things that are wrong and lawful, there’s typically greater effort to try to get those people before a grand jury,” Gaetz told Durham.

“It’s kind of laughable,” Gaetz later said. “It seems like more than disappointment. It seems like you weren’t really trying to expose the true core of the corruption that you were trying to. You were trying to go at it another way.”

Bannon also had a few choice words for Durham.

“He’s also a pathetic human being,” the controversial host stated. “He was a homunculus yesterday, right? It was just some worm getting beaten by the Democrats.”

For those who are curious, a “homunculus” is defined as “a very small human or humanoid creature.”

In his opening statement, Jordan said Durham “figured out how the whole false Trump-Russia narrative started.”

“That’s exactly what Mr. Durham has done,” Jordan said. “In his report, he told us how the dossier was funded. He told us who funded — He told us how eager the FBI was to use it, how they put the dossier in FISA draft application just two days after receiving it. He told us that not one, not one single substantive allegation [in] the dossier was ever corroborated, ever validated, yet it was used to spy on an American citizen associated with the presidential campaign.”

“He told us there was no proper predicate for opening the Crossfire Hurricane investigation,” Jordan continued. “Maybe most importantly, he told us the FBI — the FBI, the preeminent law enforcement agency in the world — failed in its fundamental mission of adherence to the rule of law.”
