‘It’s happening again’: Now, TWO men who’ve stepped in to protect others on NYC subway have been arrested

Twitter tempers are boiling over in response to the arrests of New York City subway riders Daniel Penny and Jordan Williams, both of whom were forced to defend themselves and others against crazed threats from fellow riders with long rap sheets.

“Both men were on the Subway when a lunatic started making violent threats. Both men stepped in to save the passengers and themselves. Both men get thrown in jail by New York DAs on manslaughter charges,” the popular End Wokeness account tweeted. “Free Daniel Penny. Free Jordan Williams.”

As BizPac Review reported, former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny, 24, was riding the F train when Jordan Neely, a homeless schizophrenic, “stumbled on” and began “threatening” passengers.

With the help of other passengers, Penny restrained Neely, placing him in a chokehold and then putting him in the “recovery” position. Unfortunately, Neely didn’t recover, and the office of Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg arrested him for second-degree manslaughter. He was subsequently indicted by a grand jury, though the details of that indictment have yet to be unsealed.

Liberals seized the moment and declared Neely to be the victim of yet another hate-fueled death at the hands of a white man, but they will have a difficult time doing the same in Williams’ case, because, obviously, Williams is black.

He was on a northbound J train with a female companion when he encountered Devictor Ouedraogo, 36, who allegedly punched the woman in the face. After a brief fight that included dueling headlocks, Williams pulled out a knife and stabbed the aggressor twice. Ouedraogo, who spent time behind prison bars on an attempted Queens robbery charge, was later pronounced dead at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Williams was arrested and charged on Wednesday with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

Both Penny and Williams have since been released — Penny on $100,000 bail and Williams, without bail –but for Twitter, the message from the Big Apple is clear: “They don’t want you able to defend yourself.”

“It’s happening again,” tweeted reporter Greg Price. “Welcome to New York City, where self-defense is illegal.”

“They insult every New Yorker with a weapons charge for the knife. It’s personal protection,” stated Newsmax’s Rob Schmitt. “They refuse to do it, so we have to protect ourselves. Free Jordan Williams.”

“If this eyewitness report is accurate, Jordan Williams did nothing wrong,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s rapid response director, Christina Pushaw, stated. “A random stranger on the train attacked his girlfriend … No real man would just stand by and accept that.”

Both Penny and Williams are receiving donations for help with legal fees via GiveSendGo.

So far, Penny has raised a whopping $2,889,000.

Williams’ newly established GiveSendGo campaign was set up by his mother, April Williams.

“Will you help us to support my baby?” she asks.

Still in its infancy, donors have already contributed more than $60,000.
