Secret police stations in US reportedly targeted people comparing Chinese leader to cartoon character

With secret police stations representing the communist Chinese government being uncovered across the United States, Americans have to be wondering what kind of work they’re doing.

Between monitoring dissidents and being on the lookout for any plots to subvert the current regime, the enforcement posts have also been tasked with harassing anyone who dares to compare Chinese President Xi Jinping to beloved cartoon character Winnie the Pooh.

This comparison has long been a point of contention for the leader who apparently finds that being likened to a cute and cuddly stuffed teddy bear is offensive. Prosecutors are currently in the process of putting together the pieces following the arrests of 44 alleged Chinese police operatives, claiming that the groups have a list of topics to monitor that includes Winnie the Pooh comparisons.

“The CCP’s ‘unapproved’ topics include discussions about the overthrow of the CCP’s control of the PRC government and the statuses of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Republic of China—commonly referred to as Taiwan—to remarks on CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping’s apparent resemblance to the fictional cartoon character Winnie the Pooh,” reads one of the indictments. It also claims that the suspects used bunk social media accounts to gain access to and harass dissidents who spoke negatively of Jinping and/or China.
