Video of teacher using puppet to discuss gender identity with children sparks anger

North Carolina daycares are reportedly being encouraged to indoctrinate children into believing that human beings can be “non-binary,” which is not a real thing.

It’s a made-up term used by male and female gender dysphoria patients who refuse to accept their biological sex.

The evidence that NC daycares are being encouraged to indoctrinate children can be seen in the clip below that was uploaded to Twitter on Tuesday:

The clip shows several daycare instructors patting themselves on the back as per their successful efforts at indoctrinating children.

The clip begins with one of the instructors introducing an apparently “non-binary” stuffed doll to a group of young tots.

“Today, I wanted to introduce you to a new friend in our class. This is my friend Nash. It’s our first day in our class. They’re just looking around at all of you and they’re so curious to know who you all are,” the instructor says.

“And the friend likes to ask the question are you a boy or a girl. And Nash answers, ‘I’m just a kid,'” she adds.

One of the little children listening along then says, “But kids can be boys or girls.”

However, the child is then apparently “corrected” by his peers, who remind him that Nash could also be “they” or “non-binary.”

The teacher then swoops in to affirm their correction.

“Yeah, just like me. So Nash, just like me, is non-binary. So they aren’t sure if they’re a boy or a girl, so when people ask them are you a boy or a girl, right now they just feel like saying I’m a kid. they’re figuring it out,” she says.

The clip then shows several daycare instructors, including the one who’d been speaking with the children, talking among themselves.

“It was just, like, non-binary, yeah. That’s just something that we know. I mean, it’s like they’re four or five years old, and they just didn’t make a big deal out of being a boy or a girl,” one of the instructors says.

And I think it was a huge testament to how much we’ve been talking about it in the classroom, that you never mentioned the term ‘non-binary.’ It was a child who brought that up because it’s constantly in conversation,” another adds.

The clip is reportedly from a documentary titled, “Reflecting on Anti-bias Education in Action: The Early Years.”

“The film, Reflecting on Anti-bias Education in Action: The Early Years (48 minutes), produced by Debbie LeeKeenan and John Nimmo, features vignettes of anti-bias strategies in early childhood classrooms interspersed with teachers reflecting on their practice. Debbie and John partnered with filmmaker Filiz Efe McKinney of Brave Sprout Productions to create a film that shifts the focus away from the talking heads of experts and on to the voices of teachers committed to equity on a daily basis,” the film’s description reads.

“By taking viewers into diverse early childhood classrooms, the film seeks to demonstrate the importance of teacher reflection on identity, context, and practice in anti-bias education and provides a much-needed resource for teacher education and professional development,” it continues.

According to journalist Jordan Chamberlain, the documentary “was shown at a training given by [the] NC Association for the Education of Young Children (NCAEYC).”

In attendance were daycare owners.
