President Joe Biden, who has been consistently wrong about many things since he was old enough to be elected to Congress, said on Thursday he believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready and willing to use nuclear weapons as a final solution to the war in Ukraine.
Among his many deficiencies as POTUS, Biden also has a nervous psychological tick which causes him to compulsively say “not a joke” when no one in the world thinks he is joking. Now he has applied that same utterance to one of his many adversaries in Putin.
“I think if he has no intention, why does he keep talking about it?’ he told News Nation during an interview in Syracuse, New York.
“Why is he talking about the ability to use a tactical nuclear weapon? He’s been very dangerous in how he’s approached this and he should just get out. He can end this all, get out of Ukraine.”
“He’s not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons because his military is — you might say — significantly underperforming,” he said then.

Still, the intelligence apparatuses of the U.S. say they have seen no change in Russia’s posturing, but that hasn’t stopped Biden from running his mouth over the prospect of nuclear “Armageddon” as if it’s merely an inevitability.
In a recent speech in Moscow, Putin related his foreign policy stance.
“The West is no longer able to dictate its will to the humankind but still tries to do it, and the majority of nations no longer want to tolerate it,” he said during the interview.
“Dominion of the world is what West has decided to stake in this game. It is a dangerous, deadly and dirty game.”
Though he warned that Russia can and will use nuclear weapons, Putin says he has no intention to do so in Ukraine. But at the same time, he called for a “new world order” in which Russia has more power on the world stage.
“We see no need for that,” Putin said at a conference of international foreign policy masters of the universe. “There is no point in that, neither political nor military,” he reiterated. Then again, the Russian president-for-life insisted for weeks before the invasion that he did not intend to attack Ukraine, an act of war he probably would not have so brazenly executed were another man in the White House.

Putin went on to say during his speech that Moscow tried time and again to lay out peaceful resolutions prior to his invasion of Ukraine; asking namely for the withdrawal of NATO troops from countries once under the auspices of the Soviet Union.
He claimed to have extended an olive branch of sorts, offering to the West, “Let’s be friends, have dialogue and strengthen trust and peace.”
“We were completely sincere,” he added. “What did we get in response? A ‘no’ on every possible area of cooperation.”
“About our country, you know, of course, we have costs, most notably regards losses in the special military operation. I think about it all the time. There are also economic losses, but there are enormous gains. And ultimately, and I want to emphasize, ultimately, all that is happening now will undoubtedly benefit Russia and its future. Why? Because it’s connected to strengthening our sovereignty,” Putin said.
Meanwhile, the irresponsible rag known as Newsweek is advising its limited readership on the best places to hole up in order to survive a nuclear conflict. Not since the U.S/Russia arms race of the 1980s, which former President Ronald Reagan handled deftly, has the prospect of nuclear war been such a part of the collective consciousness of Americans.
