Not ‘man enough’: Pelosi bets challenging Trump’s manhood will dupe him into bowing to Jan 6 panel

Speaker Nancy Pelosi could be running out of time to nail her hated enemy Donald J. Trump as Democrats face the potential loss of the House in the midterms and in her desperation, she has resorted to goading the former president by questioning his manhood if he doesn’t appear before the ultra-partisan J6 committee where the deck will be stacked against him.

Pelosi appeared on MSNBC on Sunday morning with just over two weeks left until voters go to the polls to deliver a referendum on the ruinous policies of the Biden regime and one-party rule by the fully radicalized Democrats and two days after the committee issued its subpoena to Trump, setting the stage for a constitutional crisis and something even darker if Attorney General Merrick Garland sends armed agents to arrest him.

In her talk with the left-wing network’s Jonathan Capehart, the frazzled and defensive Pelosi taunted Trump, suggesting that he lacked the stones to present himself before her kangaroo court and its chief attack dog, Rep. Liz Cheney.

“On Friday, they officially subpoenaed Donald Trump, “do you think he will actually appear for the deposition?” Capehart asked Madame Speaker. “What does it say to the American people if he does not?”

“I don’t think he is man enough to show up,” the octogenarian Democrat replied.

Due to technical difficulties, Capehart asked again after an awkward pause.

An agitated Pelosi shot back, “I said, you asked me if I thought that he was going to show up, and I said I don’t think he’s man enough to show up.”

“I don’t think his lawyers will want him to show up,” she continued, “because he has to testify under oath. But I don’t think he’ll show up. I don’t think he is man enough. We’ll see if he is man enough to show up. And the public should make their judgment. No one is above the law. If we believe that, then they should make a judgment about how he responds to that request.”

She later added that if Trump tells her committee to shove its subpoena, “they should take that he thinks he is above the law” if it happens.

“He isn’t honoring the oath we take to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” said the woman with little regard for the principles of the nation’s founding document other than as a partisan talking point. “That is a serious oath that we all take, and clearly, the rest of us had more respect for the office he held than he had.”

Pelosi also appeared on CBS’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday morning where she ducked host Margaret Brennan’s question on whether she is considering calling it a career after the midterms.

“I want to ask you about that, the future and the new Congress potentially,” Brennan said. “You told Andrea Mitchell earlier this week, ‘we need generational change, but in some cases there’s no substitute for experience,’” Brennan asked. “Will you remain in leadership in the new Congress?”

“I’m not talking about that,” Pelosi replied. “I’m here to talk about how we win the election,” insisting that “I was only paying Andrea a compliment for all the experience that she has,” referring to the veteran MSNBC reporter.

“So you may, or you may not?” Brennan asked, persisting in her pursuit of a straight answer from Pelosi.

“I’m not here to talk about me,” Pelosi shot back. “I’m here to talk about the future of America’s working families.”

“For the children,” she added in a typically cynical political response. “It’s always about the children.”

When it comes to high-stakes poker, professional gamblers are quick to recognize an opponent’s “tell” and Pelosi’s desperation speaks volumes, having literally bet the House on sticking it to Trump. It is looking as though voters are going to deal Madame Speaker a losing hand and she knows it.
