Leftists seeking revenge on Kanye West for his provocative actions and remarks have seized on the rapper’s poorly thought-out social media posts that gave the Silicon Valley censors a perfect excuse to silence him while his detractors conjured up a phony “war on Jews,” with many clamoring for more severe punishment in the form of a permanent social media ban, while others are defending him against the bloodthirsty lynch mob.
One of those who has West’s back is Republican Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita who, on Sunday, took to Twitter where he made several posts in which he blasted the hypocrisy of the rabid leftist cultural elite for its intolerance of any point of view that doesn’t rigidly conform to its “woke” dogma, especially as it applies to thoughts that deviate from Hollywood.
“The constant hypocrisy from the media is at an all-time high. They have now gone after Kanye for his new fashion line, his independent thinking, & for having opposing thoughts from the norm of Hollywood,” Rokita tweeted along with a link to an MSNBC screed which among other things, accuses West of joining a “fascist political movement led by a man whose party wants to suppress black votes.”

“Kanye’s message in this instance is fair and accurate, & regardless, he is entitled to his opinion. The media will steamroll anyone if they do not kowtow to their way of thinking,” Rokita added in another tweet, this one linking to him defending wearing a shirt with the slogan “White Lives Matter” at a Paris fashion show last week as a part of his two-part interview with Fox News ratings king Tucker Carlson.
“So, the answer to why I wrote white lives matter on the shirt is because they do,” West told Tucker, pure blasphemy to the whitey-hating bigots of the “woke” left.

“My post was specifically and clearly aimed at the hypocrisy of the media and Hollywood elites, not anything to do with other comments. I have an obvious, clear and substantial Congressional and public record of being 100% supportive of the Jewish community and Israel,” Rokita added, immunizing himself against accusations of being a Jew-hater that are regularly wielded by leftists to silence their adversaries.

In the left’s jaundiced eyes, West is guilty of the ultimate sin of not knowing his place as a black man and not only is he NOT a subservient slave of the Democrat Party, but his star power and open defiance of the modern incarnation of the plantation owners of yesteryear makes him very dangerous and therefore, he must be demonized as an anti-Semite and ostracized from the platforms upon which political discourse is largely conducted in the technological era.
If there is one thing that “Ye” IS guilty of, it is poor judgment with his ill-advised social media posts of the last several days, unforced errors that came at a time when his sworn enemies were worked up into a blood frenzy and screaming for vengeance.
