Stadium cancels Kanye’s upcoming LA concert after ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt and Tucker interview

Kanye West has ruffled feathers over the last week and the blowback may have already begun with the cancelation of the rapper and businessman’s upcoming concert in Los Angeles, an event that he suggests was shelved because of a provocative wardrobe item.

Mere hours after his explosive interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson aired, the controversial celebrity took to Instagram to claim that he received notice that his November 4th show at SoFi Stadium – the venue for the last Super Bowl – wouldn’t be held as a result of a supposed lack of staffing, posting a text message informing him of the bad news.

According to the message, from a person called Niklas Bildstein, “I just got news from Vaughn, that Sofi isn’t available any longer due to inability to staff the event on the current notice. I’ve already asked twice to investigate further if there’s anyway to make it happen regardless, but they got back with a firm no.”

“My Sofi Stadium show on November 4th just got canceled. I wonder if it had something to do with my White Lives Matter tee, what y’all think?” West posted to this IG account.

The shirt that West, or “Ye” as he is now known, was referring to was modeled by himself and conservative commentator Candace Owens at a Paris fashion show where the duo showed up in shirts emblazoned with “White Lives Matter,” a political statement that triggered leftists bigly.

For good measure, West rubbed salt in the “woke” left’s wounds by stating the obvious, that the con artists behind the lucrative racial grievance-grifting operation Black Lives Matter have been scamming America for years.

“Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam. Now its over. You’re welcome,” he wrote on Instagram earlier this week, further infuriating his thin-skinned critics.

He would go on to kick it up another notch with his appearance on Thursday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” where he laid out his feelings on a wide range of topics including his Christianity, views on abortion, and harassment that he has received over support for former President Donald J. Trump.

West also blasted Jared Kushner for “holding Trump back,” lit up his famous ex-wife Kim Kardashian for putting “her a** out” in magazines, and accused the media of being determined to keep morbidly obese performance artist Lizzo fat to induce the “genocide” of the black race.

He discussed the controversial attire that he displayed in Paris with Carlson, “So, the answer to why I wrote white lives matter on the shirt is because they do.”

In addition to being a venue for concerts and other events, the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium is home to both the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers and the reigning Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams; the spectacular state-of-the-art stadium which opened in 2020 is slated to host matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup as well as the 2028 Summer Olympics.
