Rapper Post Malone hospitalized with ‘stabbing pain,’ cancels Boston show following last week’s scary fall

Singer and songwriter Post Malone was hospitalized and unable to perform at his Saturday show in Massachusetts due to having a “very difficult time breathing.”

Malone announced the show’s cancellation in an expletive-laced Twitter post just after the show was scheduled to begin at Boston’s TD Garden.

“We’re in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can’t do the show tonight,” the rapper wrote. “I’m so f***ing sorry.”

But the popular artist reassured fans that he would make it up to them as soon as possible.

“Everyone’s tickets for tonight’s show will be valid for the reschedule that we’re planning right now,” Malone promised.  “Once again, I’m so f***ing sorry, I love y’all so much. I feel terrible, but I promise I’m going to make this up to you.”

“I love you Boston, I’ll see you soon,” he added with a double heart emoji to emphasize his emotional last-minute withdrawal from the New England stop on the Twelve Carat Tour.

***F-Bomb alert***

He must have been in a great deal of pain because just one week prior, Malone took a concerning on-stage tumble into a “big a– hole” on the St. Louis stage that left him with 3 cracked ribs, and although he was initially escorted off the stage by medics, he apparently returned to finish the show although he appeared to be hurting as he held his chest during the final numbers.

Malone posted an apology on social media after being released from the hospital and expressed his appreciation to his fans for “putting up with [his] dumb a–”

“Hey St. Louis, I f***ing love you guys so much, thank you for the patience,” he said as he waved to the camera. “There was this big a** hole so I go around there and turn the corner and bust my a**.”

“Everything’s good, they gave me some pain meds,” he said. “I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis and I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the show and next time I’m around this way, I’m gonna do a two-hour show for ya so we can make up for the couple missed songs that we missed.

“Thank you guys for your support, thank you for your love,” Malone said, “Even though I got my a** kicked by myself.”
