Majority Dems believe ‘tens of millions of dangerous MAGA Republicans’ trying to ‘overthrow the Constitution’: poll

A majority of Democrat voters believe there are “tens of millions of dangerous MAGA Republicans backing violence and trying to overthrow the Constitution,” according to a recent poll.

The September survey conducted by The Harris Poll and the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard University, which followed after Biden’s infamous “semi-fascists” speech (the one that looked like it was staged by Josef Goebbels), also asked the alternative question, “or is that a gross exaggeration and distortion?” Only 54% of voters believed it was a gross exaggeration or distortion.

Fascist Nazi Josef Goebbels, history shows, was extremely effective in staging speeches and manipulating facts to implant violently dangerous thoughts in the public mind.

Statista reports a total of 168,310,000 U.S. registered voters in 2020. So the 46 percent of voters the poll reported believing MAGA Republicans back violence would represent 77,420,000 Americans who are on board with Biden’s infamous Thursday Night Beatdown.

The poll surveyed 1,885 registered voters. It found that among Democrats, support for Biden’s MAGA character assassination stands at 73 percent. Even 20 percent of Republicans were found to support the rhetoric, as were 42 percent of Independents.

Biden, in his beatdown before a blood-red backdrop and military personnel standing at rigid attention, stated, “The MAGA Republicans don’t just threaten our personal rights and economic security… They’re a threat to our very democracy. They refuse to accept the will of the people. They embrace — embrace — political violence. They don’t believe in democracy.”

“This is why in this moment, those of you who love this country — Democrats, independents, mainstream Republicans — we must be stronger,” he added.

“What we’re seeing now is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy,” Biden said. “It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something — it’s like semi-fascism.”

In bad news for Biden, 59 percent of voters in the poll blame him for making these allegations against MAGA Republicans for the purpose of avoiding “talking about inflation, immigration, crime, and other issues.” The split by party in holding this belief is 81 percent of Republicans, 30 percent of Democrats, and 68 percent of independents.

A survey released last week by Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group showed that nearly 59 percent of voters believe that instead of uniting the country as he promised in order to get elected, Biden has, in fact, divided it.

Other notable data from the survey by The Harris Poll and the Center for American Political Studies show that Trump would win a hypothetical presidential election vs. both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, with 45 percent favoring Trump vs. 42 percent favoring Biden and 47 percent favoring Trump vs. 40 percent favoring Harris if an election were to be held today.

Interestingly, the poll also asked about Florida Republican governor Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical presidential match-up with Kamala Harris and found 38 percent of voters favoring DeSantis vs. 41% favoring Harris.

A majority of voters polled, 56 percent, have doubts about President Biden’s “mental fitness for office,” while 63 percent answered affirmatively to the question, “Do you think Joe Biden is showing he is too old to be president?”

Other data show Biden’s approval rating has inched up to 41 percent, 54 percent of voters believe their financial situation is getting worse, and 66 percent believe the U.S. economy is weak. Also notable is that Trump’s 25 percent “very favorable” rating beats Biden’s 20 percent, Harris’ 17 percent, Hillary’s 15 percent, and Bernie Sander’s 15 percent, while DeSantis comes in at 20 percent favorable.
