Fox hosts call out Ken Burns’ absurd likening of Martha’s Vineyard migrant flights to the Holocaust

Establishment leftists and their fellow travelers erupted with collective outrage after two planes carrying migrants landed at Martha’s Vineyard, the lily-white bastion of rich and famous liberal snobbery, courtesy of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis who was vilified over the brilliant move which had liberal filmmaker Ken Burns conjuring dark visions of Nazi Germany and the Holocaust.

Tensions that had been simmering since the beginning of the relocation of illegal immigrants from Texas to cities controlled by Democrats – who were all for open borders until red states began sharing the wealth – boiled over when they were delivered to the playground of the beautiful people located south of Cape Cod off the coast of Massachusetts and the media took it deeply personal.

Burns, a prolific documentarian whose latest work blames America for Hitler’s mass slaughter of six million European Jews, was trotted out on CNN to liken the Sunshine State Republican to Der Führer and compare the unwanted diversification of Martha’s Vineyard to the Holocaust.

Fox News hosts slammed the historian hysteric for his absurd comparison, which has no basis in reality.

On Thursday’s edition of “Jesse Watters Primetime,” the host noted that the plans of Republican governors to raise awareness of the Biden regime’s open borders policies are working.

“Democrats are finally paying attention to the border crisis,” he said. “And so is the media who thinks migrants going to Massachusetts is just like the Holocaust as he teed up a clip of Burns on CNN.

“Yeah, 50 migrants arriving on a gorgeous island off the coast of New England is exactly like Hitler slaughtering six million Jews.”

Watters’ network colleague Tucker Carlson also slammed Burns for his asinine exploitation of the human suffering of the Holocaust to score political points.

“Today CNN anchor John Berman, who by the way just got fired this morning, this morning.” Tucker said, referring to the CNN host being dumped from his regular program, “John Berman interviewed noted Ken Burns. Burns is famous but sad, exactly the kind of middle-aged prestige hound who spends an awful lot of time looming around Martha’s Vineyard looking for other famous people.”

“Burns has a new film out that blames the United States – of all countries on earth – for the Holocaust,” he said. “Now that the World War II generation has passed, Ken Burns can do that, there’s no chance angry veterans will show up at his house and beat him with their canes for besmirching the memory of their closest friends who died in their early twenties fighting the Nazis.”

“So Ken Burns can say whatever he wants and anybody would believe him,” Carlson continued. “So, this morning Burns played the role of Holocaust expert on CNN, and you know what Ken Burns has discovered?”

“Ken Burns has discovered that Ron DeSantis sending illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard is pretty much exactly what Hitler did,” he said. “Pretty much exactly,” as he rolled video of Burns’ sickening comments.

“Oh, you hear that ladies and gentlemen?” Carlson asked. “It’s literally, literally just like the Holocaust. Anchor Town is Dachau, Oak Bluffs is Treblinka, the horrors, this is genocide.”

Twitter also reacted to Burns and his ludicrous comparison.

Liberal paranoia and Hollywood propaganda like “The Man in the High Castle” along with the constant invocation of Hitler and the Nazis in relation to former President Donald J. Trump and his supporters has twisted the minds of millions of Americans into a pretzel, a populace that is already grossly ignorant of history and susceptible to distortions such as the one put forth by Burns who should know better.
