‘This you?’ Ted Cruz sends zinger at Hillary Clinton for dubbing him ‘eternal blowhard’

Failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been basking in the glow of media attention as she promotes her new Apple TV+ docuseries “Gutsy,” and during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s late-night talk show with her daughter Chelsea, she took a cheap shot at Senator Ted Cruz.

According to the embittered 74-year-old former secretary of state, the Texas Republican is an “eternal blowhard” in yet another of her endless series of contributions to the current poisonous domestic political climate that she has been instrumental in creating.

“You served as a Senator from 2001 to 2009, what U.S. Senator is, or was the biggest blowhard?” Cohen asked Clinton on Thursday’s edition of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” serving her up with a golden opportunity to engage in the politics of personal destruction which she is an accomplished master of.

“Oh, too many to count,” Clinton laughed. “I would have to say Ted Cruz is the eternal blowhard.”

The senator reacted to being singled out by Clinton, zinging her with a video clip of her own blowhard remarks, “This you?” Cruz tweeted.

Also on Cohen’s show, Clinton was surprised by the host – who is openly homosexual – who dished that he had a “wonderful liaison” with a member of her Secret Service detail back when her husband was in the White House.

“I do have to tell you, every time I see you, Secretary Clinton, I think I had a wonderful liaison with one of your Secret Service agents in the ’90s,” he fessed up, “while you were First Lady,” eliciting a surprised reaction from Hillary.

Clinton has been practically everywhere as she and Chelsea hit the media circuit to hype their Apple TV+ venture. She even made a surprise appearance at the Venice Film Festival last month, adorned in an ugly get-up that drew much mockery from Twitter users.

In another media appearance, Clinton made the bizarre claim that she began wearing her trademark pantsuits after racy photos of her were used in lingerie ads.

“I was sitting on a couch and the press was let in. There were a bunch of them shooting up,” Clinton told CBS host Norah O’Donnell as she described an event that took place in Brazil during her tenure as first lady.

“All of a sudden the White House gets alerted to these billboards that show me sitting down with, I thought, my legs together. But the way it’s shot, it’s sort of suggestive,” she said.

On Friday, Clinton took to Twitter to tout the debut of “Gutsy” which is now out and available for streaming.

AppleTV + describes the series as “Based on the Clintons’ acclaimed New York Times bestselling book, ‘The Book of Gutsy Women,’ the docuseries features Hillary and Chelsea as they embark on a thought-provoking journey to speak with pioneering women artists, activists, community leaders and everyday heroes who show us what it truly means to be gutsy. The series shows Hillary and Chelsea as you’ve never seen them before, revealing their special mother-daughter bond and the unique, multi-generational way they approach the important and timely issues highlighted in each episode.”
