Mark Cuban furious over ‘soak the rich’ policy: ‘Screw you, Elizabeth Warren!’

Billionaire entrepreneur and NBA team owner Mark Cuban blasted Senator Elizabeth Warren over her calls to modify the tax code in order to put the screws to the wealthiest Americans, tearing into the Massachusetts Democrat during an appearance at this year’s Vox Media Code Conference in Los Angeles.

Warren, who was affectionately nicknamed “Pocahontas” by former President Donald J. Trump in a dig at her grossly exaggerated claims about her Native American heritage, has been a heroine of her party’s progressive/socialist base for waging class warfare on millionaires and billionaires whom she has called to be made to pay more through her “ultra-millionaire tax” proposal with Cuban being one of those who would be squeezed.

During a Tuesday discussion at the tech and business gathering, the “Shark Tank” host unloaded on Warren, saying, “I don’t mind being taxed more. I wrote a blog 20 years ago saying it’s the most patriotic thing you can do after military service, is pay your taxes because that’s what allows everybody to live and to prosper.”

“But the idea of just ‘Soak the rich, billionaire tears, billionaire tears fill that cup’ — screw you, Elizabeth Warren, you’re everything wrong with politics,” Cuban said.

The Dallas Mavericks owner has previously been critical of Warren over her plan which, according to her website, says:”For decades, the wealthy and the well-connected have put American government to work for their own narrow interests. As a result, a small group of families has taken a massive amount of the wealth American workers have produced, while America’s middle class has been hollowed out.”

“The result is an extreme concentration of wealth not seen in any other leading economy. The 400 richest Americans currently own more wealth than all Black households and a quarter of Latino households combined,” Warren states, tossing in the typical racial component to attack wealthy earners.

“I don’t think Elizabeth Warren knows at all what she’s talking about when she deals with this,” Cuban said during an appearance on Fox Business last year. “I think she just likes to demonize people that are wealthy and that’s fine.”

“Mark Cuban’s problem is not that I don’t know what I’m talking about,” Warren shot back during an MSNBC interview. “Mark Cuban’s problem is that I know exactly what I’m talking about.”

“We need to change the laws so they’re not written just by the lobbyists for Mark Cuban and his buddies,” she said.

The shrill, failed presidential candidate who was so unpopular that she was humiliated in her own state’s primary also mixed it up with billionaire Space X/Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

“Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else,” she tweeted after Musk was honored as Time’s Person of the Year.

Musk didn’t come out and say “screw you” as his fellow demonized billionaire Cuban did, but he got his point across by tweeting out a Fox News article accusing Warren of being a fraud for repeatedly lying about her Indian ancestry to further her academic and political careers.

“Stop projecting!” Musk said.

“You remind me of when I was a kid and my friend’s angry Mom would just randomly yell at everyone for no reason,” he added of the shrill senator.
