MSNBC guest warns ‘we are at war’ with Republicans: ‘These folks are evil … the evil is spreading’

After weeks of accusations by liberals that conservatives are agitating for a civil war, one prominent liberal has come clean on the leftist agenda for the country, and it is war.

Commentator Roland Martin told MSNBC’s “The Cross Connection” host Tiffany Cross that Democrats are “at war” with Republicans and praised last week’s speech by President Joe Biden – the one in which Biden appeared with U.S. Marines standing behind him, in front of a blood-red backdrop, in a re-creation of Hitler’s speech theatrics – for finally outing conservatives as a threat to the United States of America.

Cross, for her part, incredulously echoed the narrative that it is both Trump’s followers and “establishment Republicans” who are calling for violence.

Martin continued with what would appear to a reasonable observer to be an incitement to war.

“Pastor Charles Jenkins has an intro to his song war. ‘When the enemy is coming at you you, can’t fall down, you can’t break down. This means war.’ That is where we are. We are at war with these people. These folks are evil. They have allowed evil into their house with Donald Trump. He has now dominated the party. This evil is spreading. And when you are in a war footing, you have to respond accordingly,’ he ranted.

“It is about time Joe Biden decided to be tough. It’s about time his advisors stopped being weak, and stopped impotent, and not fighting back. What these people want to do to this country is destroy democracy,” Martin continued. “They want to rig elections so it requires you to stand strong. You don’t wilt under the pressure. Republicans and conservatives are weak. All they do is whine and complain.”

Martin, if being accurate, would have added to the end of his diatribe: …and sic the FBI on Donald Trump, and let BLM/Antifa rioters off the hook while leveraging the entire U.S. government against January 6th rioters, and perp-walking Trump associates in handcuffs before the cameras, and lying to a FISA court regarding documents used to investigate a Trump associate, and…

Back on June 25, Martin appeared before Cross on MSNBC to state that Democrats have to operate “as if you are in a war… They have to act as if they are in a war.”

In that show Cross referred to Democrats standing on the steps of the Capitol singing “God Bless America,” stating, “I gotta say when I see them standing on the steps of the Capitol singing ‘God Bless America’ I’m like that ain’t it, that ain’t it.”

To this Martin responded, “No, they should have been singing Reverend Charles Dicken’s song ‘This Means War.’ That’s what they should have been singing.”

“That’s the posture you need and when you do that people go, ‘I’m gonna run behind you,'” he added, jabbing his index finger like the thrust of a sword for emphasis. “When you’re in a war, generals lead; troops follow. The problem is, the troops are waiting for the generals to lead.”

Martin went on to announce, “I’d be singing ‘Whoop that Trick’.” This song by rapper Djay includes the unifying lyrics:

“Djay that’s the name, and I came to bring the pain… Before it’s said and done you b*tches gon’ remember me. This only the beginning, I got a lot to say. It’s been a long time, and you got hell to pay… So if you want some, this is your death wish. Better come correct cause I came to break you off trick… I’mma break this Moet bottle cross your f*cking jaw… I came to bust a n*gga head, leave him bloody red. Fighting for his life as they rush him to the Med. This what happens when you get caught up in the mix

All that jaw jacking got your ass in a bunch of sh*t.”
