The practice of sexual mutilation that is known as gender-affirming surgery is highly controversial but for those in the medical profession who make a nice living out of castrating boys and chopping off the breasts of girls, it is a matter of great pride to perform the operations.
One doctor who posted a picture of her smiling and holding a small white dog next to a purple-haired customer who just went under her knife for breast removal on Instagram has drawn much attention on Twitter with much of it being negative.
Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon tweeted out the picture of Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, a Miami, Fla., plastic surgeon, an image that has been censored by the Twitter information monitors, writing “Doctor poses for a picture with the child she just mutilated.”

While marked as sensitive content by Twitter, the picture hasn’t been subjected to similar censorship elsewhere.

Gallagher also posted an image of her customer’s family with the caption “That smile!!” and “congratulations!”
As could be expected, the reaction to Gallagher’s smiling picture of herself and the victim was not kind.

She’ll never find peace. Always performing pride but desperate for validation.
She’ll become angry, bitter and hostile, only finding purpose in victimhood.

Conservative commentator Robby Starbuck put together a video compilation of Dr. Gallagher using TikTok to advertise her sexual mutilation services to confused and impressionable kids.

In these sick and twisted times, sexually mutilating surgery for kids is the official position of the U.S. government under President Biden and was been defended by the administration’s transgender Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel – formerly Richard – Levine as being “medically necessary” to save lives.

Earlier this year, the Department of Health and Human Services put out a statement that “Gender-affirming care is a supportive form of healthcare” as well as describes what the government deems to be appropriate treatments for transgender adolescents.

Among the endorsed medical procedures are, “‘Top’ surgery – to create male-typical chest shape or enhance breasts’, ‘Bottom’ surgery – surgery on genitals or reproductive organs’ and ‘facial feminization or other procedures’,” in addition to hormone therapy including the use of puberty blocking drugs.
