Eye-opening rant offers context to hateful rhetoric directed at MAGA Republicans: ‘If you think you’re safe… you’re not’

Top Democrats have officially abandoned any remaining restraint when it comes to America first Republicans, sending an ominous signal to supporters of former President Donald J. Trump that they are viewed as enemies by some of the most powerful political figures in the country led by President Joe Biden.

On Thursday, the man who dishonestly presented himself as a unifier during his White House campaign denounced “MAGA Republicans” as enemies of democracy who are driven by what he called “semi-fascism” during a decidedly un-American rant that marked a new low for a national leader and conjured images of a dark period of European history when another demagogue denounced a persecuted minority as being subhuman.

However, Biden wasn’t the only Democrat who escalated the hateful rhetoric, Florida gubernatorial hopeful Charlie Crist didn’t even bother trying to appeal to millions of potential voters who he suggested were hateful, backwards bigots and New York Gov Kathy Hochul spoke similarly of over 5 million Republicans in her state.

One Twitter user invested the time in posting an extended thread that should serve as an eye-opener as to the true nature of America’s political leadership, its growing extremism and the now increasingly open demonization of those who do not agree with them.

The user, who goes by the handle of GOPPouncer began by saying, “In the last four days the left has pushed some of the most radical stuff that I have ever seen in my lifetime. I’ve always thought that @JesseKellyDC was doing a shtick. I knew him back when and he seemed like a sane guy in conversations. Now I know he is sane now.”

“They aren’t stopping either they are going to mow you down unless you learn where this is going. We learned that politicians don’t GAF about half of this country. Biden called 71 million voters fascist. They can’t define it, but you are one,” the user wrote. “And if you think your safe if you didn’t vote for Trump or you did reluctantly, let me disabuse you of the notion that you are safe, you aren’t.”

“Ask any leftist if you believe that abortion should be limited-MAGA supporter. Ask any leftist if you believe that your taxes shouldn’t go for someone else’s personal debt-MAGA supporter. You’re in our ‘basket of fascism’ with us,” the user wrote, disabusing readers of any notion that they will be spared by the rising tide of hate which will inevitably lead to violence if history is the judge.

“Lest you think the dementia patient was alone. Charlie Crist just told votes in a RED state, he doesn’t want your vote if you are a Republican or “MAGA” supporter. Kathy Hochul just told Republicans they should move out her state,” GOPPouncer pointed out how widespread that the dangerous hatred has become within the Democratic party.

“Last week the FBI raided a Biden Political rival’s home, and asked for justification it became a ‘National security issue.’ He used the official WH website and a PPP database to shame political opposition for taking grants that the federal government forced them to take,” the user wrote. “So when they say he won’t use the increased IRS, DOJ or the FBI for political purposes, he lies. Pay attention to what he says, not what he does. Or if they want a federalized gun database. Want health paid by the state, imagine what they could do with that.

“He increased IRS in the same week a prominent Republican taxes were leaked AGAIN. It only ever goes 1 way. He signed an unconstitutional EO which by fiat spent a trillion dollar of tax payer money. The pandemic gave them unlimited emergency powers, & they have not ceded them,” noting that Democrats exploited the COVID pandemic as a pretense for a massive power grab.

The next several tweets dealt with the media’s failure to hold power accountable, instead they have run cover for the most dangerous political party in U.S. history during its capture of the government’s police state powers and never failed to legitimize the left’s ideological underpinnings regardless of how illogical that they may be.

“This is all for a larger picture. They are moving you into cities (demonization of rural voters), taking away your transportation (California will go entirely to electric cars by 2036 with rolling blackouts),” the user wrote, suggesting that the left’s agenda is even more sinister than many are able to comprehend.

“and driving up property values in the suburb while driving down the property values in the city (BLM riots). They are trying to create a little bit of climate change feudalism, while they fly around in private jets, eating steak with an army of SUV’s driving them everywhere,” the individual behind the account added.

The user posted an excerpt from Italian dictator Benito Mussolini’s “A Fascist Doctrine” that bears an eerie similarity to the power of the state which has increased exponentially and has been given teeth by ruling class ideologues and their political attack dogs.

GOPPouncer asks, “I don’t know where this is going, but for the first time I feel fatalistic and scared for my children. This goes nowhere sane or good. They talk about right wing rhetoric leading to violence. Where do you think calling half the voting population ‘Fascist’ goes?”

“Plan accordingly,” the user concludes.

Social philosopher Eric Hoffer wrote in his seminal 1951 book on the nature of mass movements, The True Believer, “Hatred is the most accessible and comprehensive of all the unifying agents. Mass movements can rise and spread without belief in a god, but never without a belief in a devil.”

As Biden and his ilk have made perfectly clear, “MAGA Republicans” are that devil.
