Putin targets USA in new Russian Navy doctrine, as fresh scrutiny arises over his limp, and right arm use

A new video has prompted more conjecture about the health status of Vladimir Putin, president of the Russian Federation.

Online sleuths claim that the footage, in which Putin — somewhat unnaturally — swats away mosquitoes from the right side of his face or neck with left hand, while his right hand remained immobile.

The clip embedded below is notable because the dictator is said to be right-handed. This particular occasion was a tour of military museum conducted by Ksenia Shoigu, daughter of Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

Unconfirmed theories have previously emerged that Putin, 69, an ex-KGB officer who has projected an image of a macho martial artist during his time as the Russian leader, is suffering from blood cancer, thyroid cancer, Parkinson’s disease, or other maladies.

Watch:

“The clip is the latest of a litany of videos which appear to show the Russian president walking with a limp, struggling with strange ticks including odd foot and leg contortions, and un-coordinated movement,” the Daily Mail elaborated.

Allegations have also popped up that Putin uses a body double from time to time, including during a recent visit to Iran.

Putin has controlled Russia with an iron hand since 1999, including a stint as the country’s prime minister.

Russian political scientist Valery Solovey has long claimed that Putin suffers from major health problems, the British newspaper noted.

“The Americans, the CIA particularly, have information on the real state of health of the Russian president,” Solovey has said. “They definitely know that he has serious troubles, including mental ones.”

CIA Director William Burns and his British counterpart were quoted, with both having indicated publicly that there is no proof that Putin is experiencing any serious illness.

The Daily Mail also claimed, “Putin and his friends are making preparations to flee Russia should his army be defeated in Ukraine, according to a Telegram channel that claims to come from inside the Kremlin.”

That eventuality seems highly unlikely at this point, however, given Russia’s military superiority over the neighboring country that it has invaded.

As part of the ceremonies surrounding Russia’s Navy Day, which led to the above-mentioned visit to the museum, Putin “signed a new naval doctrine that targets the U.S. as Russia’s top global adversary,” Fox News reported on what could be a bleak escalation of tensions between the two countries, if not the West generally.

In a speech in St. Petersburg, he announced “Russia’s plans to become a great maritime power, saying resisting the U.S. is a top goal….Putin went on to claim that a number of warships will soon be equipped with hypersonic weapons…Putin also noted the expansion of NATO as a top threat to Russia…”

In the meantime, Biden administration sanctions on Russia appear to have backfired.

While Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was a barbaric act, and the U.S. under President Biden has sent billions in economic and military aid to the Zelenskyy government  (while Biden Democrats refuse to secure our own border) as a result, America’s main adversary is still CCP-controlled, authoritarian China, which is rapidly expanding its empire throughout the world.
