One of MSNBC’s resident bigots has alleged that the only reason Republicans like Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker is because he does “what he’s told” and that’s what Republicans want “from their negroes.”
The bigot, Elie Mystal, said this on Saturday while explaining to MSNBC host Tiffany Cross, also a bigot, why Walker is performing so well in the polls.
“It’s going to be a close election in Georgia because Walker has the backing of the Republicans. Now you ask why are Republicans backing this man who’s so clearly unintelligent, who so clearly doesn’t have independent thoughts. But that’s actually the reason. Walker’s gonna do what he’s told, and that’s what Republicans like. That’s what Republicans want from their negroes — to do what they’re told,” he said.
Like other establishment press pundits, Mystal has a habit of using disparaging terms like “negroes” to attack black conservatives.
“And Walker presents exactly as a person who lacks independent thoughts, lacks an independent agenda, lacks an ability to grasp policies. And he’s just going to go in there and vote like Mitch McConnell tells him to vote. And remember, this has worked for the GOP in the south already,” Mystal continued.
“Tommy Tuberville, who right now is probably the dumbest person in the United States Senate, all he does is do what Mitch McConnell tells him to do. And so the GOP likes these candidates that aren’t able to kind of think for themselves, because that means — it basically means that Mitch McConnell gets three votes every time he shows up to work, as opposed to just his own.”
This isn’t the first time that Mystal has attacked Walker with racial rhetoric.
Just a month ago, he called the aspiring politician’s Senate campaign “a white insult to black people” and Walker himself “an animated caricature of a black person drawn by white conservatives.”

“Walker is what they think of us, and they think we’re big, ignorant, and easily manipulated. They think we’re shady or criminal. They think we’re tools to be used. The Walker campaign exists as a political minstrel show: a splashy rendition of what white Republicans think Black people look and sound like,” he wrote at the time in a column for The Nation.
You see, in the minds of bigots like Mystal, people are defined solely by their race. And so when a black man or woman adopts conservative principles, it can only mean one thing — that he or she is an unintelligent boob who’s been bamboozled by the big, bad Republican white man.
Months earlier in April, he accused black “tokens” like Walker of “shucking and jiving” for their “white handlers.”
“Look, I make a hard distinction between black conservatives, of which there are many, one of whom just was elected mayor of New York City, in fact, and these tokens, who are out here right now, shucking and jiving for their white handlers,” he said.
“And the way that you can know the difference between a token, and a person who just happens to have conservative views, is that the black conservative has an argument for why their policies will help the black community.”

He delivered one of his most bigoted rants last year when he smeared congressional Republicans as “white supremacists,” called acquitted former suspect Kyle Rittenhouse a “little murderous white supremacist,” and excoriated “disgusting” and “gross” white people in general for not being beholden to the Democrat Party.
Mystal is without a doubt the living embodiment of bigotry, yet he’s regularly featured on national television and in establishment newspapers, which raises questions about the validity of the establishment left’s war against bigotry.
To hear the left tell it, they’re staunchly against bigotry, racism, intolerance, hatred, etc., yet their words and actions consistently tell a different story.
Case in point:

Is it hypocrisy, double standards, or just irrational insanity that prevents them from recognizing the nastiness of their own words and actions?
Either way, what’s known is that the likes of Mystal will keep appearing on national television, and the establishment press will keep tolerating his hateful rhetoric, because apparently, so long as you’re insulting Republicans, it doesn’t matter how hateful, bigoted, and just plain racist your words happen to be …
