Megyn Kelly insists ‘trans women’ are not women: ‘We can be respectful while not abandoning reality’

Conservative journalist and commentator Megyn Kelly stirred up a hornet’s nest last week by stating the unequivocal truth about so-called “trans women.”

It all started on Wednesday when the disgraced, discredited Women’s March posted a tweet proclaiming, “Trans women are women. That’s it. That’s the tweet.”

Kelly clapped back the following day by tweeting, “No they aren’t. There are massive differences between women and trans women. We can be respectful to trans people while not abandoning reality.”

Look:

Kelly was correct. “Trans women” are not women; they’re biological men who identify as women, ergo the massive physical differences between them.

Nevertheless, despite the tweet by the Women’s March’s march being delusional fiction and Kelly’s tweet being fact, the former garnered almost 45,000 likes, while the latter earned only a tad over 20,000.

In addition, left-wing zealots rushed to demand Kelly specify these otherwise obvious “massive differences” between biological men and women and slam her (using false logic) for even suggesting that these differences exist:

Look:

Some of Kelly’s critics also tried to shame her by bringing up the stats surrounding transgender suicide.

The transgender community and their allies claim that society’s refusal to accept their delusions is what’s causing their suicides.

Luckily for the popular conservative commentator, her fans were more than willing to answer her critics’ questions and also throw in some rebuttals to the shaming.

Look:

The problem, of course, is that according to a growing number of so-called “experts,” women and so-called “trans women” are virtually one and the same.

It’s why so many institutions now see nothing wrong with “trans women” competing against women. To hear them tell it, there’s nothing fishy about a 200+ pound “trans woman” with facial hair competing against women.

The most recent example is that of Lia Thomas, the giant college swimmer who’s been easily winning competition after competition against women, and who now has been nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year award.

Speaking about Thomas on a recent episode of her popular podcast, Kelly excoriated the swimmer for willingly competing against women.

“Lia Thomas is a trans woman who lived the first 20 years of her life as Will Thomas, a man. She only decided to transition in 2020 after swimming three seasons as a middling competitor on the men’s team, ranking in the mid-500s. On the woman’s team, the very next year, ranked No. 1,” she said.

“They [Thomas’ female competitors] swam with growing breasts, growing hips, more fat on their bodies, less upper body strength than their male competitors. They swam with shorter legs, thinner and weaker muscles than the boys. They swam with periods and cramps and bloating.”

Listen:

Kelly also complained about Thomas  being nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year award.

“How does a person who lived 20 years as a man, two as a woman, and in those two stole several female swimming records, wind up anyone’s woman of the year? This must be some kind of sick joke meant to increase resentment towards trans people,” she said.

“That is one of the reasons it’s so stomach-turning. Most trans people, and I know plenty of trans people, including in my own family, want to be left alone and not have their gender constantly discussed or made somebody else’s cause or to worm their way into a sport in which they know they have a physical advantage.”
