Popular podcaster Joe Rogan weighed in on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his move to strip law-abiding gun owners of their right to protect themselves, the latest fascistic move by the left-wing dictator north of the border.
The authoritarian leader followed up his brutal crackdown on truckers who protested his vaccine mandates by moving to ban handguns in a response to the horrific massacre at a Texas elementary school last month, then declaring that Canadians have no right to use a gun for self-defense, a statement made at a time when violent crime is raging and police are increasingly restrained by liberal politicians.
During a recent interview with gun rights activist Colion Noir on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the host took aim at the remarks made by Trudeau on the progressive podcast “Pod Save the World” where he discussed the prime minister’s total “freeze” on the sale, transfer, and importation of handguns that will put citizens at the mercy of criminal thugs.
According to Trudeau, “There are debates and we have a culture where the difference is guns can be used for hunting or for sport shooting in Canada. And there’s lots of gun owners and they’re mostly law respecting and law-abiding, but you can’t use a gun for self-protection in Canada, no you don’t get that.”
Rogan, who had previously referred to Trudeau as a “creepy f**king dictator” over his response to the trucker protests, discussed the idea that a leader of a so-called western liberal democracy has openly expressed such a radical belief.

“See what Trudeau said today?” Rogan asked. “Did you see, he — I’ll send it to you, Jamie? Cuz it is f**king wild,” talking to producer Jamie Vernon.
“He said you don’t have the right in Canada to own a gun to protect your life,” he said. “It is one of the most wild things I’ve ever seen anybody say, because first of all, I don’t believe it’s true. I don’t believe he is correct in terms of what — what do they have up there? They don’t have a constitution. It’s not the same, whatever it is.”
“Well they’re under the rule of the Queen theoretically, technically speaking,” Noir said.
“F**k. Someone sent it to me and I don’t know if I saved it cause I was so disgusted. I think I might have like just f**king threw my hands up in the air, but there’s a whole Twitter thread about it that someone had sent to me,” Rogan said.
“I can’t find it at the moment, but essentially what he was saying was that that is not what’s in the — whatever they have up there – that it says you have the right to own a gun for hunting and for shooting sports, you do not have the right to own a gun for self-preservation and to preserve lives. But apparently, that’s not even true.”
Noir responded, “Even if it was true. You have to think about what type of leader you’re under, who can open his mouth and say something like that as his justification for doing what he’s doing as far as gun controls”
“Well, it’s the son of a guy who was a politician and a leader and a completely removed person in terms of regular society and the problems that other people face,” Rogan said.
“Oh, you mean like Joe Biden,” Noir shot back.
“Same thing basically,” Rogan said, “both corrupt, both full of s**t, such a crazy thing to say that you can’t have a gun to protect yourself, you do not have the right to own a gun to preserve your life.”
