Cops search for man who allegedly pulled trigger on ‘quick thinking’ dad holding baby at gas station

Crime waits for no man, even if that man happens to be a father holding a child in a random Detroit gas station.

Police are on the hunt for a man suspected of committing aggravated assault for drawing a handgun on a man and his child.

Surveillance video of the incident shows a man in a white tank top walking toward the entrance of the gas station, briefly stopping at the door. When the camera angle switches, he can be seen pulling out a gun from his waistband. You can also see a young father with a baby on his shoulder.

The suspect then tries to hold the man at gunpoint, but the father fought back and drove the man out of the building. The camera angle once again changes and outside the convenience store, the man can be seen fiddling with his gun as if it jammed.

Video and pictures were released to the public in hopes someone could identify the suspect and help police find him
