Nikki Fried, Florida gubernatorial candidate and Democrat cringe-ball, thought she would try her hand at turning Gov. Ron DeSantis into a “clever” meme, but was dragged horribly when her dad joke didn’t pan out.
“Ron DeSantis is doing everything he can to become a dictator. He’s already half of that word there,” she tweeted, expecting people to laugh. But in case you didn’t get it, she added a follow-up photo likely created by some intern.

Hahaha, get it? Because she’s calling him a “d**k” and they put him in front of some “taters”?
This is definitely Fried’s “please clap” moment of her campaign.
Twitter users, including DeSantis’ press secretary Christina Pushaw, were as quick and savage as ever, showing no mercy as they mocked Fried and her very bad attempt at humor:
