An anti-Kyle Rittenhouse protester who allegedly went WWE on a reporter outside the Kenosha, Wisc., courthouse is reportedly also someone who apparently failed to show up in court after posting bail on previous charges.
Emotions are running high outside the court as the jury enters its third day of deliberations in the case of the Illinois teen who is facing homicide charges for shooting and killing two men and wounding a third during the civil unrest in that city in August 2020.
Pro- and anti-Rittenhouse demonstrators have assembled there along with a heavy police presence from Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies and Kenosha PD officers.
The above-referenced individual was reportedly spotted wearing a T-shirt that seems to leave no doubt where he stands in the controversy.
“One of the two protesters arrested outside the Kenosha courthouse – the man seen wearing a ‘F— Kyle’ T-shirt as officers took him into custody – is facing charges related to bail jumping, meaning he has a prior criminal record…A Fox News Digital reporter on Wednesday witnessed the male suspect, who was wearing a ‘F— Kyle’ black T-shirt, body-slamming a reporter, attacking a counter-protester and slapping multiple cameras before being arrested,” Fox News reported.
“The 20-year-old male suspect…has been charged with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, battery, resisting and disorderly conduct, Sgt. David Wright, a spokesman for the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department, confirmed to Fox News Digital.”

In a statement released Wednesday on social media, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department provided this update:
“Earlier today, law enforcement took two people into custody regarding an incident that occurred on the courthouse steps. A 20-year-old male was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest…during the arrests, law enforcement needed to deploy officers to keep crowds of citizens and media from interfering…”

Typically, it’s seldom good news for the defendant when a jury takes its time to render a verdict, but this is, of course, an unusual and nationally scrutinized case, one which goes to the essence of the right to self-defense.

As many pundits have noted, moreover, the jury is likely aware that a not-guilty verdict could, unfortunately, spark more disturbances on the street as well as result in possible threats to themselves and family members.
A mistrial is also possible if the jury is unable to reach a consensus.
For some reason, the corporate media — as it is prone to do — seems to have framed the trial in racial terms, which has further exacerbated the situation on the ground, even though both the shooter and the men shot were white.
