In a video obtained by TMZ Sports, now ex-Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is seen sobbing to his girlfriend on a sidewalk shortly after crashing his Corvette into a Toyota RAV4, killing a 23-year-old woman and her dog in the early morning hours on Tuesday.

Law enforcement officials in Las Vegas said the Corvette driven by Ruggs had reached speeds of 156 mph before slowing down to 127 mph at the impact point of the crash. Ruggs was tested for intoxication and found to have a BAC of 0.161, or twice the legal limit in the state of Nevada.

The victim, Tina Tintor, survived the initial impact but was burned to death inside her SUV as police and bystanders stood helpless and unable to rescue the woman and her dog, due to the intensity of the vehicle fire.

The video shows officers and witnesses arriving at the scene as Ruggs cursed and sobbed while being tended to by his girlfriend, Kiara “Rudy” Washington.

“F—!!! Stop yelling!!!” Ruggs told Washington in the video.

One witness quickly identified the football player.

“That’s Henry Ruggs right here. That’s Henry Ruggs right here. He plays for the Raiders,” the witness said.

Later in the video, Washington is seen on camera frantically asking, “Can we get help? Can you please help him? He is knocked unconscious!”

At that point in the video, Ruggs starts to cry and drift in and out of lucidity as Washington embraces him.

Las Vegas Police stated that Ruggs exhibited signs of impairment at the crash site. He was booked and arrested on felony charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving after he was evaluated for injuries at a local hospital.

Earlier reports mention the events and lack of prudence on the part of Ruggs and Washington that led to the tragic and fatal outcome. Only hours before the crash, Ruggs was recorded partying and playing at the TopGolf location in Las Vegas, shown in cell phone footage apparently taken by his girlfriend.

While at the hospital following the incident, Ruggs “began to yell, ‘Get me the f**k out of here,’” said a police report that was obtained by local media outlet KLAS. “Ruggs continued to yell from his bed and refused to listen to hospital staff.”

“When I asked Ruggs to clarify, he just repeated, ‘home, home,’ and then began mumbling,” said the police report, as the officer went on to say that Ruggs’ speech was “not understandable” and his overall demeanor was “unresponsive.” The report also said that Ruggs attempted to dislodge the IV from his arm and was uncooperative with emergency room staff.

Tina Tintor’s vehicle reportedly slid some 570 feet before it came to a stop and began to burn. Horrifically, witnesses on the scene said she was alive and screaming but trapped inside the vehicle.

Ruggs appeared for a hearing on the matter Wednesday in a neck brace and a wheelchair. He was released after posting bond for $150,000 and is due back in court the second week of November.
