Strip club manager sparks fierce debate with proud posts of bringing tot to work

Social media users have offered varied opinions about parenting in response to a video posted by the manager of a strip club in Arizona who brings her toddlers to work.

The online debate, which at times has gotten heated, began after the manager, Nini Suarez, who goes by @whatsuarez on TikTok, revealed that she brings her young son to work. The admission was contained in a video clip which has since gotten well over 1.1 million views since it was posted in late September, according to the New York Post.

“When people get offended that your son is a skripclub baby, but he loves it and is loved,” she wrote in the caption for the clip, which shows various people holding her son as well as him toddling throughout the club.

At one point, the boy even crawls onto the strip stage; an earlier clip with more than 200,000 views “shows the inquisitive tot on the platform watching a scantily clad sexhibitionist circumnavigate the pole,” The Post reported.

Responses to the clip were mostly positive, as one user wrote that the toddler will grow up to “respect all women.”

“Now that’s a village I would be comfortable with raising kids,” said another.

Other users opined that the stripper’s son may actually be safer at the club rather than at a daycare center because of tighter security at the former.

“Please buy him a onesie that says ‘security’ on the back,” said another user.

But some were also appalled that Suarez would bring her young child to that kind of work environment.

“Yeah maybe let’s not do this. I was one of those kids now I hate my parents for it so hmmmmmm,” one user claimed, while another added: “All I can think about is germs in places like this.”

Another critic said that if they are not permitted behind the club’s bar at 17 years old, then a toddler ought not to be, either.

In a follow-up video, Suarez pushed back on some of the criticism, explaining that despite what the first video shows, she does not allow her son to randomly walk about the strip club while it is open for business.

“When I bring him to work, there’s that door,” the strip club manager noted as she motioned to an area behind the stage that is enclosed.

“He does not go past this area. He’s not around on the customer’s floors when there’s alcohol being served, and he’s not allowed inside the club until all the customers are gone and all alcohol is pulled,” she continued.

She did say that her son does like going into the locker room where the exotic dancers get ready because “the ladies absolutely love him.” And she added a shout-out to other strippers who have children.

“One thing I also want to address is: strippers are mothers,” she said. “And they love hard like they love their own children.”

The former stripper concluded by saying that it “shouldn’t be anybody’s business” if she works in a club like that or behind a desk.
