Canadian pastor arrested again after dire warning to US on Covid tyranny, ‘Come to our help, you’re next’

The Canadian pastor who has enraged authorities over his defiance of COVID restrictions has a dire warning for America about the totalitarianism that has taken root north of the border, and it should send a cold chill up the spines of those who cherish freedom.

Artur Pawlowski, a man who immigrated to Canada to escape the communist tyranny in his native Poland only to see similar repression arise in his adopted country, has put Americans on notice that it can happen here, a prospect once unthinkable but one becoming reality with the authoritarian style of governance that has been embraced by President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats.

On Wednesday’s edition of Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” Pawlowski told host Laura Ingraham, “I came to the United States with a simple warning…you’re next.”

Pawlowski was arrested on Monday when he was handcuffed on the tarmac at Calgary International Airport after he returned home from the U.S.

When asked by Ingraham for his reaction to the arrest as well as threats from the Canadian government, he responded, “I mean it’s total insanity, I came to the United States with a simple warning, look what they are doing to me,” he said, “if you will not rise up and come to our help, you’re next.”

He referred to those who arrested him as “masked gangsters,” adding “I can’t even say they are officers of the law, there is no law and order anymore in my beloved Canada,” while detailing two criminal charges against him, one for not wearing a mask. He now faces up to six years in prison in what was once a liberal western democracy but like Australia, has badly gone off the rails with politicians seizing vast new powers under the pretense of a health emergency.

Pawlowski landed on the government’s radar after his confrontation with COVID enforcement officers who had been dispatched to break up an Easter weekend worship service at his church, loudly berating them as “Nazis” while chasing them away, being hailed as an “absolute legend” after the video of the encounter went viral.

In May, the man who has become a symbol of the resistance to globalist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s totalitarian COVID police state was run down by heavily armed police who swooped in and then proceeded to drag him away on a busy highway in front of stunned onlookers.

Ingraham also likened modern-day Canada to conditions experienced by Pawlowski’s family during Soviet times in Eastern Europe. “There was no freedom, the church was crushed, there was no freedom of expression, freedom to petition the government and you came to freedom,” she said. “This is feeling very Soviet to me, and I know it sounds like an exaggeration but it’s incremental.”

Pawlowski agreed, “You are one hundred percent right, I grew up behind the iron curtain, under the boots of the Soviets, what they’re doing today is identical to what I remember growing up.”

American liberals who have lionized Trudeau and have similarly used the virus to implement sweeping restrictions against Judeo-Christian houses of worship in Democrat-controlled states would likely be thrilled if the day comes when such unconscionable tyranny can be carried out against domestic religious leaders.
