David Hogg’s sinister plan for progressives to take control relies on one thing: ‘Time’

Gun control zealot David Hogg set his sights on a new ploy to attempt to convince people to join his advocacy against the freedom guaranteed by the Second Amendment.

The 21-year-old former Stoneman Douglas High School student took to Twitter on Friday to outline his new scheme which appears to include waiting for current elected officials to essentially croak.

“Oppose us for as long as you want – we’re going to outlive you and replace everyone of you in every state legislature, the halls of congress and court – we’re going to win,” the left-wing activist wrote. “All because have the most important thing most of those that oppose us don’t have.”

“Time,” he tweeted.

He continued his rant by calling the people involved in the aftermath of the Florida shooting he survived as “weak and corrupt” and called on people to join his anti-gun drive so they would be remembered in history as “people that protect our kids and teachers right to not be shot,” and was met with immediate mockery.

Ironically, his advocacy is against the very thing that gives people the ability to protect themselves and those around them from harm.

While he claims time is a “big advantage,” he did acknowledge that it would take “sacrifice and passion” to win the fight.

One has to wonder if he plans to put the same sacrifice into this battle as he did with his failed pillow company where he sought to oust MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell as the pillow king, bowing out after less than three months.

Hogg’s claim to fame as a school shooting survivor appears to make him believe most people his age agree that the solution is to ban guns.

“Though there are young people that disagree I think it’s going to be pretty hard to get a generation that’s lived through school shooter drills our entire lives that what we need in society is more guns,” the March For Our Lives co-founder wrote. “But time will tell.”

Au contraire Mr. Hogg, the under-30 crowd is actually turning against gun control laws according to a recent Newsweek headline.

NPR has even acknowledged that youngsters aren’t any more liberal on gun control than the older generations with only 1 percentage point higher between the 18 to 29 age group compared to the national average of 57 percent when asked if gun laws should be more strict.

But then again, he’s never been very good at gun statistics. In 2019 he incorrectly claimed an AR-15 has an effective range of more than 1,500 meters although the Department of Defense puts the maximum effective range at 400 to 600 meters.
