Biden’s forced vaccination on Americans does not include migrants, they have option to refuse, Fox reports

President Biden announced “new steps” in the fight against COVID-19 on Thursday that turned out to be an all-out assault on the unvaccinated, and included vaccine mandates for companies with 100 or more employees — a step critics immediately declared unconstitutional.

“Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated, even though the vaccine is safe, effective, and free,” Biden said from the White House, adding, “We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin.”

But that frustration reportedly does not apply to illegal immigrants coming to America.

“We’re going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated coworkers,” Biden said, having harsher words for the unvaccinated than he did for the Taliban. Yet, he had no concern for the very real threat posed by the wide-open southern border with Mexico.

“My job as president is to protect all Americans,” Biden said Thursday. “So tonight, I’m announcing that the Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with 100 or more employees that together employ over 80 million workers to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.”

Another step announced was that 17 million healthcare workers employed in facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid funds will have to be fully vaccinated. But his plan “stopped short of mandating vaccines for illegal immigrants attempting to cross America’s border,” Fox News reported.

According to the network, about 30% of migrants who crossed illegally into the U.S. who are being held at federal detention facilities refuse to be vaccinated. What’s more, they have the option of refusing.

And while the administration is farming these migrants out all across America, Fox News noted that more than 18% of migrant families who recently crossed the border tested positive for COVID-19 before being released by Border Patrol, in addition to 20% of unaccompanied minors. Last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that all green card applicants have to be vaccinated starting October 1.

U.S. Postal Service workers were also not included in Biden’s executive order requiring all federal employees to get vaccinated, the New York Post reported. The White House issued a clarification hours after it was reported that USPS workers were exempt, explaining that the roughly 650,000 USPS workers were part of the federal vaccine mandate under OSHA jurisdiction.

“USPS is not included in the executive order requiring vaccination of Federal employees. USPS has a separate statutory scheme and is traditionally independent of federal personnel actions like this,” a Biden administration official said, according to the newspaper.

“That said, USPS is strongly encouraged to comply,” the official added. “Also, [the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration] will cover USPS through the [emergency temporary standards], meaning that postal workers will be subject to the vaccination or testing policy announced today.”

Washington Post reporter Jacob Bogage noted the correction on Twitter.

Back in July, the American Postal Workers Union, criticized Biden’s efforts to require federal workers to be vaccinated, demanding that the matter be decided via collective bargaining.

“While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent,” the union said in a statement.

One thing not mentioned by the president Thursday, as pointed out by conservative talk radio host Buck Sexton, was naturally acquired immunity:

The Republican National Committee announced immediately that it plans to file a lawsuit against the administration.

“Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates,” RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement Thursday. “He lied. Now small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price. Like many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate. Many small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden’s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said before Biden’s address that there will be limited disability and religious exceptions to federal employees.

“There are limited exceptions, but yeah, the expectation is that if you want to work in the federal government or be a contractor, you need to be vaccinated, unless you are eligible for one of the exemptions,” Psaki told reporters.

At one point, Biden threatened governors who stand in his way — a move that surely had our Founding Fathers rolling over in their graves.

Without naming Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, he spoke about local school officials “trying to keep children safe in a pandemic while their governor picks a fight with them, and even threatens their salaries or their jobs.”

“Talk about bullying in schools,” the president said. “If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”

He went on to say that the Department of Education has already begun to take legal action against states undermining protection that local school officials have ordered and vowed that the federal government will compensate any teacher or school official “whose pay is withheld for doing the right thing.”

“I will have your back,” Biden said, which is more than can be said for hundreds of Americans he abandoned behind enemy lines in Afghanistan, their fate now in the hands of the brutal primitive militants.

The response on the right to Biden’s overreach was fierce – here’s a small sampling from Twitter:
