Liberals melted down in spectacular fashion after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to block a new Texas abortion law and their hysterical ravings exploded across Twitter in the latest episode of an ongoing temper tantrum that began the morning after Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election and continues to rage with no end in sight.
What began as a crushing disappointment that morphed into a burning hatred for half of the country before taking aim at America’s institutions has now become a permanent psychosis for the left who have retreated into a world of delusion that has little resemblance to reality.
The 5-4 high court ruling to not intervene in the Lone Star State’s law triggered every Democrat in the land from the White House on down and the most unhinged responses predictably came from members of a corrupt media that no longer even pretend to hide their raw partisanship, with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes providing what may be the definitive statement on the political left’s collective madness.
Hayes, who serves as the warmup act for conspiracy queen Rachel Maddow, wailed that it was all the fault of former President Donald J. Trump and his supporters as he bemoaned the fact that history smiled on the ex-POTUS by giving him the opportunity to appoint three conservative justices to the nation’s highest court.
“Look, the pact for millions of voters and big chunks of institutional conservatism was vote for Trump and all the malevolence you know he will bring and you’ll get the Court. And it worked. Hundreds of thousands of dead Americans and an insurrection later, it worked,” wailed Hayes in one of a series of tweets that illustrates the fear that the courts could be a bulwark between the extremist Biden-Pelosi agenda and the constitutional rights of Americans.

They really did it. They effectively gutted Roe IN THE SHADOW DOCKET.

Am I nuts or is every red state going to pass and sign a carbon copy of the Texas law in the next week?
— Chris Hayes (@chrislhayes) September 2, 2021
The response to his latest histrionics on Twitter was swift and brutal.
Seriously, does MSNBC give perspective employees IQ tests to make sure they are hiring the truly stupidest humans on earth?? What an idiot he is

The mental illness wrought from constantly being told you're on the 'Right Side of History', so, therefore, anytime your side or ideology loses, it's a victory for evil.
I swear. Some people's children.

Dude needs to go get some help before he has a breakdown.

Who died at the hands of Trump? I know 13 who died at the hands of Biden.

The funny thing is that 200k+ people have died this year despite Biden inheriting Trump’s vaccine. Eventually, more people will have died from COVID under Biden, yet somehow it’s all Trump’s fault.

That dude must have paranoia issues. I mean, going by that and other statements he has made. And he probably has a severe disconnect from reality.

However, some Twitter users didn’t resort to the standard knee-jerk reaction of blaming Trump for their woes but rather turned their fire on iconic Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a radical leftist cult hero who was regularly cheered for her persistence in remaining on the bench despite advanced age and serious health problems until she died in the months before the 2020 election, handing Trump a historic third SCOTUS pick.
It is blatantly hypocritical to yell at individual voters for not making minimizing the near-term risk of a Republican Supreme Court their top priority while giving Ruth Bader Ginsburg a pass for not retiring during the Obama years.

Folks blaming Bernie for what happened in Texas are ridiculous. Did y’all not remember the time when we there was a democrat in office and had the chance the tell Ruth Vader Ginsburg to retire but didn’t? Stop it. The establishment needs to take responsibility for their mess.
— Ja'Mal Green (@JaymalGreen) September 2, 2021
Ruth Bader Ginsburg really, really should have stepped down.

One liberal user vented at the “old dead white bitch” for her “categorical refusal to retire,” in a since-deleted tweet.
Hayes continued to rail against the Supreme Court in a monologue on Thursday’s edition of “All In with Chris Hayes,” decrying the “unprecedented assault” on the left’s mania for murdering the unborn.
“I am struggling to come up with the proper words to describe to you how both cynically reckless and contemptuous the actions of the court were last night,” says @chrislhayes on SCOTUS upholding the abortion ban.
“It was essentially a middle finger from those five Justices.” pic.twitter.com/wR402u62bL

“They did it in the dead of night, five Republican Supreme Court justices including three appointed by Donald Trump, a man who lost the popular vote in 2016 by nearly 3 million votes,” he said in an often repeated talking point that is largely dependent on the state of California and not representative of the nation as a whole.
According to the emotional Hayes, “It was essentially a middle finger from those five justices as if to say, we are here, we’re here for life and we can do whatever we want.”
The collective meltdown from Democrats and their mouthpieces will almost certainly reignite the calls for Joe Biden to pack the court as a way to erode institutional integrity and to stack the deck in the left’s favor. The current POTUS has already blasted the ruling as an “unprecedented assault on a woman’s constitutional rights” and has vowed to flex his dictatorial muscles by mobilizing the federal government’s legal apparatus “to launch a whole-of-government effort to respond to this decision,” he said in a statement.
And just like that, the stakes for the midterm elections have become even greater they already were.
