Angry Florida diner owner tells patrons who voted for ‘corrupt’ Biden to ‘take business elsewhere’

The raw emotion over the deaths of 13 U.S. service members in Afghanistan last week, including 11 Marines, a Navy corpsman, and an Army soldier, continues to resonate with the American people.

Many believe that a competent commander in chief could have avoided the loss of life with better planning and leadership, and they are pinning the blame squarely on the shoulders of President Joe Biden.

One such person is the owner of a Florida diner who took the extraordinary measure of not only making her sentiments known, but making it policy.

Angie Ugarte, owner of the DeBary Diner, put a notice on her front door the day of the suicide bombings at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, informing customers who voted for Biden that she does not want their business.

“If you voted for and continue to support and stand behind the worthless, inept and corrupt administration currently inhabiting the White House that is complicit in the death of our servicemen and women in Afghanistan, please take your business elsewhere,” the sign bluntly proclaimed.

“It was the only thing I felt like I could do,” Ugarte told Fox 35 Orlando, being more concerned about losing more Americans than losing customers.

“I was just angry. I was just let down,” she explained. “I felt like one of those mothers, or wives, or sisters who were gonna get that knock on the door.”

Americans have had to watch the anguish on the faces of grief-stricken mothers and fathers accept the loss of their sons and daughters, many of them furious at Biden for what they perceive as disrespect for their sacrifice to the nation.

In addition to repeatedly checking his wristwatch at Dover Air Force Base during the dignified transfer of the remains of the U.S. service members, infuriating families looking on, Biden reportedly offended family members of dead Marines while meeting with them because he focused more on the death of his son, Beau, than their fallen sons.

In business for about five years, Ugarte’s restaurant website boasts about the “tastiest” Cuban sandwiches in town and she dedicates an entire wall in the establishment to members of the military, telling the Fox affiliate that many regular customers are veterans.

“If you really, really still stand behind what’s allowed this to happen and the way it happened – which was unnecessary then I really don’t want to be associated with you in any way and I certainly don’t want your business,” she said.

As for the reaction to her sign, Ugarte said it has been mixed.

“I’ve had people come to the door and look at it and turn around and walk away,” she said. “And I have had people come into the kitchen while I’m cooking and say, ‘Hey, I love your sign.’”

Ugarte has no immediate plans to remove the sign, given that Biden has abandoned hundreds of Americans behind enemy lines, their fate now in the hands of the brutal Taliban.

The sign on her door is a sign itself that Americans are increasingly frustrated with there being no accountability from elected officials who refuse to take responsibility for actions that often prove detrimental to voters.

And Ugarte is not alone… here’s a sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
