Joe Biden’s brief, private meeting with the widow of a fallen Marine on Sunday reportedly turned out to be a disrespectful, disappointing fiasco characterized as “scripted and shallow.”
“You can’t f— up as bad as he did and say you’re sorry. This did not need to happen, and every life is on his hands,” the sister of Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum, one of 13 brave U.S. service-members murdered in the Kabul airport suicide bombing, said about President Joe Biden.
Biden met with the grieving families at Dover Air Force Base, where the bodies of these American heroes were transported and honored in a dignified transfer.
To make matters worse, there were reports that Biden allegedly looked at his watch during the public ceremony.

Since the Jeff Bezos-owned Washington Post operates as a pro-Biden, pro-Democrat platform, it provided a presumably accurate account of what happened or didn’t happen with the McCollum family, who — other than the Marine’s wife — refused to meet with the current occupant of the White House.
Perhaps most damning or out of touch, Biden reportedly again defaulted to talking about his late son, Iraq War vet Beau Biden, who passed away well after he completed active duty.
According to The Post:
One of McCollum’s sisters, Roice, said she and her sister and her father joined McCollum’s wife, Jiennah McCollum, on the trip. But when it came time to meet with the president, they left the room, because she said they did not want to speak with the man they held responsible for McCollum’s death.
Only Jiennah, who is expecting the couple’s child next month, stayed. But she left disappointed, Roice said. The president brought up his son, Beau, according to her account, describing his son’s military service and subsequent death from cancer. It struck the family as scripted and shallow, a conversation that lasted only a couple of minutes in “total disregard to the loss of our Marine,” Roice said.
Calling in to a SiriusXM radio show last Friday, heartbroken Gold Star mom Kathy McCollum expressed outrage about the Joe Biden-created debacle in Afghanistan, so it’s probably no surprise that she apparently declined to attend the ceremony.
“The dementia-ridden piece of crap needs to be removed from office. It never would have happened under Trump,” she said on the radio.
“Twenty years and six-months-old, getting ready to go home from freaking Jordan to be home with his wife to watch the birth of his son, and that feckless, dementia-ridden piece of crap just sent my son to die,” she said.
Although Biden apologists are still working overtime on social media, including questioning the accuracy of the Post story, other Twitter users are calling out the president.
