Hundreds of thousands of people across the globe protested this weekend against the covid-lunacy still being practiced by the world’s elites.

The specific focus of the protests differed from nation to nation, with the French protesting against coronavirus vaccine mandates and passports and the Australians protesting against the return of lockdowns.

The largest protests were seen in France, where an estimated 160,000 gathered on Saturday to protest “against a bill requiring everyone to have a special virus pass to enter restaurants and mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for all health care workers,” according to PBS.

Meanwhile, the most violent protests were seen in Australia, where millions have been locked down again and may remain locked down til October, if not longer.

“Thousands marched through Australia’s two biggest cities in anti-lockdown protests Saturday, sparking violent clashes with police in Sydney. Dozens of protesters were arrested after an unauthorised march flouted public health orders in Sydney, while several confrontations with police broke out during the hours-long rally,” according to The Daily Telegraph.

“Thousands also crowded several streets in Melbourne after gathering outside the state parliament in the early afternoon. The largely maskless protesters were flouting rules on non-essential travel and public gatherings, a day after authorities suggested the restrictions could remain in place until October.”

Sydney ordered a lockdown/shutdown earlier this month after one coronavirus death was reported.

Conversely, the most peaceful protests were seen in the U.K., where restrictions were recently lifted but the British remain hellbent on, one, ensuring they never return, and two, showing solidarity with their locked-down compatriots elsewhere.

“Thousands of anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine protesters gathered in central London for a ‘Worldwide rally for freedom’ – five days after restrictions were lifted in England. … They said they were protesting against continued coronavirus restrictions, mask rules, compulsory vaccinations and vaccine passports,” The Independent confirmed.

Protests were also seen in Italy and the United States.

The global protests outraged American leftists, who accused the United States of “exporting” its “insanity” to the globe.

Case in point:

But according to critics, the protesters aren’t the insane ones — the so-called “experts” whom guys like this have entrusted with their lives are.

Writing for The Guardian last month, historian Thomas Frank explained that a lack of critical thinking by the world’s “experts” led them into taking the most insane, asinine positions, such as the position that BLM riots are safe but lockdown protesters are not, and the position that vaccinated people must still  be forced to mask up.

This insanity, he added, has cost the “experts” their trust.

“[I]t will soon start to dawn on people that our mistake was not insufficient reverence for scientists, or inadequate respect for expertise, or not enough censorship on Facebook. It was a failure to think critically about all of the above, to understand that there is no such thing as absolute expertise,” he wrote.

“Think of all the disasters of recent years: economic neoliberalism, destructive trade policies, the Iraq War, the housing bubble, banks that are ‘too big to fail,’ mortgage-backed securities, the Hillary Clinton campaign of 2016 — all of these disasters brought to you by the total, self-assured unanimity of the highly educated people who are supposed to know what they’re doing, plus the total complacency of the highly educated people who are supposed to be supervising them.”

Therefore, by rallying against these “experts,” the global protesters weren’t being lunatics themselves — they were combating lunacy.
