Joe Biden becomes progressively incoherent at CNN’s half-empty townhall, and it’s not ‘just a stutter’

President Joe Biden’s trademark babbling grew so bad during a CNN-hosted “presidential” town hall Wednesday that even Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald — a man not prone to conspiracy theorizing — was left wondering what’s “wrong” with the man.

The babbling started fairly early in the town hall, right after moderator Don Lemon asked the president when children under the age of 12 will be eligible to obtain a coronavirus vaccine.

From the get-go, Biden made sense, but his words were so disjointed and poorly put together that he’d earn an F if he were to recite the same speech for a Public Speaking 101 class.

“Soon. … They are doing the examinations now, the testing now, and making the decision now. When they are ready, when they’ve done all the scientific that needs to be done to determine — children at ages three, four, five, six, seven, and eight, they, in fact, are — all have different makeups,” he initially said.

“They’re developing. They’re trying to figure out whether or not there’s a vaccination that would affect one child at such and such an age and not another child. That’s underway,” the president added.

Put more succinctly, the coronavirus vaccine will be ready for children under the age of 12 once scientists are done examining how it affects them at each stage of their growth.

It was at this point that the president’s previously at-least-sensical babbling began to grow wildly incoherent and just plain difficult to decipher.

“Just like the other question that’s logical and I’ve heard you speak about it, because you all — I’m not being solicitous, but you’re always straight up about what you’re doing,” he said.

“And the question is whether or not we should be in a position where you are — why can’t the experts say we know that this virus is, in fact — is going to be — or, excuse me — we know why all the drugs approved are not temporarily approved, but permanently approved. That’s underway, too. I expect that to occur quickly,” he added.

What!?

The remarks were so unclear that they piqued the attention of Greenwald, who tweeted, “Is there really anyone willing to step forward with a straight face and say there’s nothing wrong here?”

There certainly are those willing to say something, but they’re few and far between on the left, where Biden sycophants would rather make ridiculous excuses, play the whataboutism game and, in some cases, lash out.

Case in point:

But these excuses don’t actually explain anything.

First, Biden’s incoherency was clearly no stutter.

Second, while former President Donald Trump certainly has a habit of rambling on and on and on — in part because of his love affair with boastful adjectives — his thoughts are still generally coherent and make sense.

And third, in a somewhat unrelated matter, it doesn’t seem coincidental that Trump’s events — be they town halls, rallies, etc. — always attract large crowds, whereas Biden’s events barely muster up anybody.
