Former President Donald Trump is so ready for “war” with Silicon Valley tech giants that he’s willing to sit for a deposition in his just launched lawsuits against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.
If anything, he believes a deposition would allow him to do what the tech giants have prohibited him from doing, which is talk about all the fraud that he believes occurred during the 2020 presidential election.
“I look forward to it. I love talking about the election fraud because it was the most fraudulent election — well, I think we’ve had a lot of them frankly — but the most fraudulent election in the history of our country,” he said.
The remarks were made during an interview on The First TV with host Bill O’Reilly, formerly of Fox News.
“People know it. Every day we’re finding more and more proof of that. If you look at Georgia, if you look at Arizona. Now look at what’s happening with Pennsylvania, where they’re starting to go into it in great detail, and we’re talking about game changers,” Trump added.
But nobody is allowed to talk about any of this because every big tech network has outlawed discussions concerning the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.
Not that it would make a difference in Trump’s case, because he’s been banned from all major social media networks since January. This is why this week he announced class-action lawsuits against Zuckerberg and Dorsey.
“We’re asking the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to order an immediate halt to social media companies’ illegal, shameful censorship of the American people. We’re going to hold Big Tech very accountable,” he told O’Reilly.
“Can you imagine, they take the sitting president of the United States off, but they leave people from Iran who say death to Israel, death to America? They don’t even get flagged, not that I see,” he added.

American Conservative Union chair Matt Schlapp made the same point during an appearance Friday evening on Fox News’ “Fox News @ Night.”
“Hamas has a Twitter page. The mullahs in Iran have Twitter pages. Black Lives Matter has a Twitter page. And we have a dozen dead cops after this violent protest,” he said.
He also pushed back on the dubious notion that removing Trump was necessary because he’d allegedly incited the Jan. 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol.
“Congress just came out with a study on Jan. 6th, and Donald Trump isn’t mentioned one time. At the end of the day, they can try to say he used ESP to make people behave in a violent fashion, but they don’t have the proof of it,” Schlapp said.
But the report does contain some references to the president — just nothing saying or proving that he’d incited violence.
“The report makes factual statements about Trump’s claims of a stolen election (noting courts had disagreed but otherwise not labeling the claims false), his promotion of the protests that day and his speech to the crowd shortly before the riot began. It includes the full text of the speech in the footnotes,” according to The Washington Post.
Indeed, and if merely participating in a protest is tantamount to inciting violence, then many Democrats are also guilty.

When asked during his interview with O’Reilly whether his lawyers are ready for the “war” ahead of them, the former president answered in the affirmative.
“Everything’s a war. With me, life is a war. And yeah, we’re prepared and somebody had to do it. I made a big speech in Florida the other day. We had 48,000 people, and the people were screaming, ‘When are you going to sue social media, big tech?’ Everybody wanted me to do this,” he said.
“They’re bad, they’re bad people, and they’re doing bad things, and they’re really hurting our nation and maybe in the process of destroying our nation. We’re not going to let that happen,” he added.
O’Reilly replied by noting that the big tech giants will likely try to use the Democrats’ talking points to fight back.
“Their defense is going to be that you incited the Capitol riot. How will your attorneys handle that?” he asked.
Trump replied by repeating Schlapp’s claim almost verbatim.
“It’s very easy. Number one, I didn’t. Number two, they did a whole big report and investigation in Congress. It was released two weeks ago. And in that report, they don’t even mention my name,” he said.
Finally, O’Reilly asked Trump why the big tech giants have been at his throat.
“I guess they have different views. I guess they felt that the voice was very strong, that they don’t want to have that point of view,” the former president replied.
“Look, what do I want? I want a strong military, great education for our children, good housing at low prices, economic success, jobs, powerful everything, Space Force, … I want the things that are common sense,” he added.
