Kentucky college hosting event to combat ‘white citizenship as terrorism’ after era of ‘Trumpism’

Berea College, a private liberal arts college in Kentucky, is reportedly propagandizing its students with virulently racist dogma about how “whiteness” and “Trumpism” are a form of “white terrorism” against the majority of the American people.

These radical ideas can be seen in a flyer that’s reportedly being distributed by the Women’s and Gender Non-Conforming Center.

Obtained by the Young America’s Foundation, the flyer from the center advertises an upcoming March 17th event titled, “White Citizenship As Terrorism: Make American Great Again, Again.”

The flyer reads as follows:

Despite calls for multiculturalism and color-blindness, segments of white America mourn their so-called loss of privilege, consistency begging to return to the nostalgic past in which their esteemed value as white citizens went unquestioned. Trump’s “Make America Great Again” appear to follow suit by offering a seemingly benign promise to return America to a previously “great” past.

But the offer to “Make America Great Again, Again,” requires we refocus on how the last four years of daily tweets and administrative actions redefine whiteness. If terrorism is defined as the use of violence and threats to create a state of fear towards particular communities and identities, then this is what “Trumpism” is at its core. This talk offers to resituate Trumpism and white citizenship as forms of white terrorism enacted against the majority of people living within the borders of the U.S. and beyond.

A subset of the college, the center describes itself as “an inclusive space where historically underrepresented students, including but not limited to women, LGBTQPIA+, and sex and gender non-conforming students, can come to be as they are, outside of social scripts.”

In other words, it’s a place for everybody save for regular white people.

The March 17th event will feature a speech from Amy Branzel, a white person who believes the idea of national citizenship should be abolished.

The YAF reporter who spotted the flyer, Kara Zupkus, reached out to school officials afterward to learn their thoughts about such blatant racism being endorsed at their school. In response, they issued a statement defending the event.

Posted to Twitter, the statement claimed the event “seeks to confront aspects of the political spectrum that relate to the difficult topic of race in America.”

“While that may cause discomfort, it is a valid and important conversation in this time of political and racial division. It is our hope that these types of conversations will occur across the country. Open, honest dialogue is essential to understanding racism and moving toward an anti-racist society,” school officials wrote.

Look:

Notice how they claimed the school’s accepting of all students. That was clearly a lie.

The report from Berea College comes as school after school after school — both public and private — are being outed as factories of radical thought.

Last week, a report emerged that the Arizona Department of Education has reportedly produced a critical race theory-based “equity” toolkit that attacks white babies as young as three months old for allegedly preferring to “look more at faces that match the race of their caregivers.”

Days earlier, a whistleblower revealed that students at a New York school district were being taught that “all white people” perpetuate so-called systemic racism.

And earlier last month, another whistleblower outed a Philadelphia elementary school for promoting communism.
