Megyn Kelly ripped into Will and Grace actress Debra Messing over a since-deleted tweet hoping President Donald Trump is raped in prison, calling the alleged LGBTQ ally a “phony” and a “bully.”
The dust-up began last week when Messing’s Trump Derangement Syndrome got the better of her and she attacked Trump: “I hope you live a long life in prison where you become the most popular boyfriend to all the inmates.”
Kelly, who is having success with her new podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show, has been a lot edgier and her response to Messing was no different.
“This woman actually spends half her time scolding ppl for not being sensitive enough to LGBTQ ppl (among others),” Kelly said in a tweet. “Like most woke bullies, however, she’s perfectly happy to engage in bigoted attacks herself…just as long as the target is a Republican. What a phony.”

When slammed by The Daily Wire for a “homophobic insult,” Messing responded as you might expect in the woke year 2020, while doubling down on her hope Trump is raped in prison — this tweet would also be deleted.
“Let me be clear: I said nothing about LGBTQI/queer LOVE,” she offered. “Rape is an act of violence. Trump has perpetrated violence on hundreds of millions of people. My hope is (and this is the first time in my life) that the tables are turned and he is the victim of perpetrators. #LGBTQIAally.”
When that response proved to further hurt her cause, the actress came back with a weak apology while STILL wishing harm on the president.
“I was in no way referencing LGBTQI/queer love/sexuality,” she tweeted, pressing her hopes that Trump is victimized, justifying this hatred with the deranged claim that the president has “victimized 100s of millions of ppl.”
I’d like to say I have been an LGBTQIA ally for decades, and I was in no way referencing LGBTQI/queer love/sexuality. It is not my proudest moment, but 45 has victimized 100s of millions of ppl; I had wished the tables turned on him. I apologize for the offensive way I did it. https://t.co/Q6SLIo9DWc

Kelly tagged Messing in retweeting a post from gay conservative Chad Felix Greene, who responded to her deleted post to share that he was infected with HIV after being raped.
“If your mind and soul are this small, hateful and petty, you have no place to pretend you are a good person. Exploiting this trauma to perpetuate your insane, irrational hallucinations and profound ignorance is offensive,” Greene added.

In reality, Messing is not much different from much of the intolerant hate-filled left, who have been on full display these past four years — this being the same cabal trying to sweep all that under the rug now with disingenuous calls for “unity.”
Here’s a sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
@DebraMessing is homophobic trash.

You can’t wish rape, of any kind, on another person and still pretend you’re a good person or that you have the moral high ground. @DebraMessing

Same with Me Too. To the extent it hits the correct targets, it’s great. When it affects the blue team, actual evidence matters. All of these are power grabs, none of them are about the rights of man

4 years of non-stop investigations and the “Prison” statements continue… nothing there folks… but stay warm, loving, and fair.. lol. Hypocrisy at it’s finest. Doesn’t matter what side of the aisle you are on, statements like this are INSANE.

I’m so over the hypocrisy! The party that says they want to “heal” our nation, yet will attack anyone who doesn’t feel the exact same way as they do on issues. It’s insane & very sad. Whatever happened to agree to disagree? Why can’t we do that anymore? 😢

She’s a garbage person and a garbage actor with a garbage personality.

Messing is less a phony than she is an idiot.

She suffers from “My career is over” syndrome.
