The head of a voting rights group said Monday that his organization would seek to preserve electronic balloting data in five key swing states following the results of a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines in a Michigan county.
Phil Kline, director of the Amistad Project, which is part of the Thomas More Society (a national public interest law firm), cited a report released earlier in the day per order by a Michigan court that concluded Dominion machines used in Antrim County were allegedly “intentionally” designed to produce fraudulent balloting results.
“We’re filing in all swing states, a demand that judges step in and preserve evidence to avoid it from being destroyed or spoiled by the intentional or reckless acts of executive officials,” Kline, a former Kansas attorney general, said.
“The error rate detailed in this report has implications for every state where we have litigation, and it comes on a day when officials are blocking legislators from having their say about elections in their states,” Kline told Newsmax. “This joins with other compelling evidence that the elections in these states cannot be certified under the law.”
According to the report from Allied Security Operations Group, which examined the tabulation data from Antrim County, the “tabulation log for the forensic examination of the server for Antrim County from Dec. 6, 2020 consists of 15,676 individual events, of which 10,667 or 68.05% of the events were recorded errors.”
The Federal Election Commission only allows a maximum error rate of 0.0008 percent.
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of ASOG, wrote in the report.
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail,” he added.
“This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he claimed.
The forensics team used X-Ways Forensics and additional tools such as BlackBag-BlackLight Forensic Software and Virtual Box. The server was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002 during the election, the report states.
“These errors resulted in overall tabulation errors or ballots being sent to adjudication. This high error rate proves the Dominion Voting System is flawed and does not meet state or federal election laws,” says the report.
“A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, or audit trail,” it adds.
Following the release of the report, Dominion officials refuted its findings in a statement reported by The Epoch Times.
“There were no software ‘glitches’ that ‘switched’ votes in Antrim County or anywhere else,” the company said. “The errors identified in Antrim County were isolated human errors not involving Dominion.”
On Dec. 1, the Michigan Bureau of Election issued a memo that instructed county clerks to delete electronic poll-book files from all laptops and flash drives. The Amistad Project is petitioning courts in several swing states to issue emergency orders barring state and local officials from destroying similar evidence.
“In Michigan, the Secretary of State has ordered deletion of e-poll books and other evidence and also has taken affirmative steps to seal forensic evidence regarding the flaws in the operation of Dominion machines from both the public and from legislators who need access to this information in order to perform their constitutional duty,” Kline said.
“This joins with the Michigan Attorney General threatening legislators with criminal investigation and possible prosecution if they disagree with her, and the Michigan Governor and other officials shutting down the peoples’ house and preventing them from gathering today to perform their constitutional duty,” he added.
