White House senior advisor Stephen Miller is taking heat from liberal Twitter after unveiling President Trump’s newest strategy for contesting the outcome of Election 2020. Miller told the Fox & Friends crew that Team Trump is setting up its own slate of delegates to the Electoral College that meets today to certify the presidential election.
“The only date in the Constitution is January 20, so we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result, and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election. As we speak, today, an ultimate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote, and we’re going to send those results up to Congress. This will ensure that all of our legal remedies remain open,” Miller explained.
“You have an ultimate slate of electors in a state like, say, Wisconsin or in a state like Georgia, and we’ll make sure that those results are sent up side by side, to Congress, so that we have the opportunity, every day between now and January 20, to say that slate of electors and the contested states is the slate that should be certified to uphold a fair and free election and an honest result,” Miller asserted.
Whether this strategy, which the blue-check brigade is condemning, is viable is one thing. But common sense indicates that if Joe Biden was challenging the election outcome, left-wing Twitter would demand that he leave no stone unturned in trying to reverse the result. And the corporate media would actually report on the alleged irregularities that occurred. Parenthetically, recall also that Hillary Clinton advised Biden against conceding under any circumstances until all mail-in ballots were tabulated.
Watch:
The Trump legal team’s latest strategy presumes that it will obtain some favorable decisions from the judicial system, which so far have been hard to come by.
“That means that if we win these cases in the courts, that we can direct that the ultimate state of electors be certified. The state legislatures in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, can do the same, and likewise, Congress has that opportunity as well, to do the right thing. If you just cured three simple constitutional defects, Donald Trump is the winner of this election,” Miller continued.
According to Miller, the alleged defects included the lack of signature matching in Georgia, massive numbers of unrequested absentee ballots in Wisconsin that were counted, or in Pennsylvania where only Democrat ballots were “cured” prior to Election Day.
“Those three violations alone make Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 election,” Miller said.
“There were millions of ballots that were cast in violation of plain state law, federal law, the U.S. Constitution,” Miller insisted.
According to George Washington Univ. constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley, Trump and his team are, with this approach, trying to pull off a long shot “death star strategy” that involves individual state legislatures and could lead to a fight in Congress on January 6, 2021, about who takes the oath on January 20, in part because of the ambiguous provisions of the Electoral Count Act (ECA) of 1887.
Much to the chagrin of angry leftists, independent journalist Kyle Becker reported that Pennsylvania and Georgia took “formal steps to send Electors for President Trump, giving rise to a potential scenario of ‘dueling slates of Electors.'”

Here is just a sample of the reaction from the tolerant cohort on social media (Warning for language):
May I live long enough to piss on Stephen Miller’s grave. https://t.co/UqTHtosZJR

Name something Stephen has proposed or done that isn’t asinine or wacky; I’ll wait.

While this is not the most important judgment criteria, Miller is literally the only human (?) on the planet whose image causes me greater visceral revulsion than that of Donald Trump.

Either extremely dumb or extremely dishonest. Most likely both.

Miller is a fucking piece of dogshit and should face not only domestic charges, but international charges. The Nuremberg agreements had stipulations for Nazi motherfuckers like him. I don’t agree that Trump is a Nazi. I definitely agree Miller is. Turn him over to the Hague.
