The top spokesman for Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden’s campaign issued a veiled threat to physically remove President Donald Trump from the White House.

“Biden campaign response to reports Trump may not concede, spokesperson Andrew Bates: ‘As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House,’” Bloomberg News’ national political reporter Emma Kinery tweeted, citing her Bloomberg colleague Jennifer Epstein.

The statement comes as vote tallies for the former vice president in key swing states eat into and surpass the president’s prior lead.

The Trump campaign has deployed dozens of lawyers who have filed several lawsuits in states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada alleging that illegal ballots have been counted or campaign officials were locked out of centers where absentee and mail-in ballots were being counted.

Similarly, GOP Senate candidate John James has refused to concede to Democratic incumbent Sen. Gary Peters in Michigan after he, too, alleged voter “irregularities.”

Earlier, Decision Desk HQ called Pennsylvania for Biden which, if it holds, puts the former vice president over the 270 electoral vote threshold needed to win the Oval Office.

But the president and his campaign are pushing back in courts, alleging widespread vote fraud via mass mail-in balloting, as the president predicted for months ahead of Election Day.

In fact, during an interview Thursday with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt said he believes unquestionably President Trump would have easily won that state and other battlegrounds without them.

He also ripped his home state for changing laws this year to allow widespread mail-in voting and for allegedly preventing Trump campaign officials from observing ballot counters.

“Let me first say we believe we have a path to victory, but the Democrats have absolutely stacked the deck against us in this election,” he said. “They’ve changed this election inside 90 days and as votes are being counted and America thinks that with all these mail-in ballots, that you think you have people watching that counting going on, we are still not allowed to watch the signature-matching,” he said.

“We are not allowed to challenge any of those signatures. So, they switch us to this new system, and they give us no right to be sure that only legal voters count. As America knows, those that stayed up like me all night — they dumped these at 3 a.m. They counted through the middle of the night,” Laxalt told Carlson.

“There is no question that Donald Trump would have won Nevada last night convincingly if we did not move to mail-in ballots,” he said. “And again, we don’t know how many bad voters there are in this giant stack. We also know there are likely to be dead voters.

“There are likely to be people that have moved out of Las Vegas but found their ballots were still cast. So we’re looking into all of this, but it’s just astounding when you watch the news commentary last night about this,” he added.
