James Biden, the younger brother of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, refused to answer reporters’ questions outside of a home in Maryland on Wednesday about explosive allegations of corruption involving him, his brother, and his nephew Hunter Biden.

A Fox News reporter approached a home on Eastern Shore where James Biden was and, from a distance, asked a number of questions about reports of questionable business dealings in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moscow, and China, but he repeatedly rebuffed them.

“I don’t want to comment about anything,” he said.

Pressed further whether he wanted to answer questions, James Biden responded, “Nope.”

Asked why he and Hunter Biden wanted to meet with former business partner Tony Bobulinski, James replied, “What are you talking about?” He then said, “Would you please stop bothering me?”

The outlet said two sources confirmed that the man at the home was James Biden including one neighbor who viewed video footage taken by the network. Also, the Eastern Shore address is associated with James Biden in public records.

His refusal to answer whether Joe Biden was involved in the family’s business dealings come a day after Bobulinski gave network host Tucker Carlson details about a firm he ran, SinoHawk, which James and Hunter Biden were associated with and through which they pursued business deals in Communist China.

The company was established with two other men — Rob Walker and British businessman James Gilliar, according to Bobulinski.

In his interview with Carlson, Bobulinski — a former U.S. naval officer with top-secret clearance — said he was angered by Joe Biden’s statements over the past week after the former vice president claimed to have no knowledge of those business deals.

Bobulinski said that, in fact, he was introduced to Joe Biden as his business partner regarding the China deals.

He also blasted House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) for claiming that Bobulinski was spreading Russian disinformation.

“To have a congressman out there speaking about Russian disinformation or Joe Biden at a public debate referencing Russian disinformation when he knows he sat face-to-face with me, that I was traveling around the world with his son and his brother, to say that and associate that with my name is absolutely disgusting to me,” he said.

Bobulinski also told Carlson that he questioned whether James Biden’s business dealings might have a negative impact on his brother’s political aspirations, but, he says, he was rebuffed with a chuckle.

“I remember saying, ‘How are you guys getting away with this?’ ‘Aren’t you concerned?’” Bobulinski said.

“‘Plausible Deniability,’ he said it directly to me in a cabana at the Peninsula Hotel,” the former Navy officer said.

“I didn’t request to meet with Joe. They requested that I meet with Joe. They were putting their entire family legacy on the line. They knew exactly what they were doing,” he added.

Bobulinski said he met the former vice president in Los Angeles on May 2 and 3, 2017. He also told Carlson he met with James Biden at the Peninsula Hotel in Los Angeles on May 3, 2017.

New questions arose earlier this week following a report providing details about a deal with a then-major Chinese energy firm.

In 2017, Hunter Biden and his partners sought a $10 million investment with CETC China Energy, an energy conglomerate, touting Joe Biden’s good relationship with the president of Colombia in their sales pitch, “which suggested a series of oil investments in the South American country, according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.”

The business partners, including James Biden, touted Joe Biden’s relationship with Juan Manuel Santos in a May 15, 2017 investment outline via SinoHawk. The documents were provided by Bobulinski.

Last week at a press conference ahead of President Donald Trump’s final debate with Joe Biden, Bobulinski spoke about how the Biden family “aggressively leveraged” Joe Biden’s name to secure deals.

Joe Biden has often claimed he knew nothing about any business deals involving his son or his family. But, according to an August 2019 Politico Magazine report, James and Hunter Biden began cashing in on Joe Biden’s name as early as 2006.

The outlet said the Bidens took over the Paradigm Global Advisors firm in late summer of that year. “On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present,” the outlet reported.

“After the firing, the two large men escorted the fund’s president out of the firm’s midtown Manhattan office, and James Biden laid out his vision for the fund’s future. ‘Don’t worry about investors,’ he said, according to the executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing fear of retaliation. ‘We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden,'” Politico reported.
