BLM protesters confront, harass gun-toting Louisville store owner who refuses to be intimidated

Black Lives Matter extremists in Louisville, Kentucky tried but failed Friday night to force an armed, non-white local business owner to pledge fealty to their movement and their latest martyr, Breonna Taylor.

Footage of the incident showed the extremists gather around the man, later identified as VIP Smoke Shop & Gifts owner Fadi Faouri, and ask, “Does black lives matter?”

While it’s hard to understand exactly what Faouri said in response, it sounded as if he initially said, “If you’re a good person, I care about you. If you’re a bad person …”

One of the extremists then asked, “Does Breonna Taylor matter?”

Faouri replied, “I don’t know.”

The extremists pushed in closer to the armed business owner and began pressing him with questions: “Why you don’t know that it matters? What do you mean?”

Faouri grew uncomfortable and accused the mob of trying to intimidate him, prompting one of them to obliviously ask, “Why are you intimidated?”

In response, he used his finger to count the number of people who were surrounding him, though this point seemingly flew right over their heads.

“Listen, listen, does Breonna Taylor matter?” one of the extremists then asked for the second time, despite Faouri having already clarified his opinion.

Instead of re-litigating the Taylor issue, which for the record has already been adjudicated in a court of law, he simply changed the subject.

“I’m just protecting my business,” he bluntly stated.

“We don’t want your business,” one of the extremists replied.

Louisville boasts over 600,000 residents, so it’s unclear why the extremists thought that Faouri would give a hoot that they in particular aren’t interested in perusing his goods. It does speak though to the collective narcissism often seen among BLM types who think the world revolves around them.

At one point, it sounded as if one of the extremists told Faouri that they just wanted him to say that Breonna Taylor matters. The implication appeared to be that they would leave him alone the moment he pledged his fealty to her. This angered him.

“No, no, no! Nobody can force me to say anything I don’t believe in!” he replied.

The crowd then backed off for a second, during which a black woman claiming to be a documentary filmmaker jumped in Faouri’s face to accuse him of being racist.

“Your colors are showing! The fact that you’re intimidated shows your true colors!” she claimed as if completely blind in the eyes.

“How many people are around me?!” the business owner angrily shouted back.

This provoked the alleged filmmaker into trotting out a false narrative about BLM’s latest martyr, Breonna Taylor.

“Do you know how many people were around Breonna Taylor? She was sleeping as she got killed!” the filmmaker claimed.

Fact-check: FALSE.

“Taylor and [her boyfriend] Kenneth Walker were in bed when they heard the banging on the apartment door at approximately 12:40 a.m. … But they got out of bed before police entered, and Taylor died on her hallway floor,” according to The Courier-Journal.

Of course, it’s not as if the facts have ever mattered to the extremists who align themselves with the radical, Marxist Black Lives Matter cult and religion.

BLM cultists have demonstrated time and time again that all they care about is the factually inaccurate, repeatedly debunked narrative that “racist” white cops are hunting down black people, particularly black men.

BLM extremists have also demonstrated that they’re unwilling to examine any issue critically, preferring instead to always look at everything through the lens of racial bias. This, however, is a bias that Faouri doesn’t share.

“I don’t see color. I don’t care about that white or black bullsh-t. I see you as a human being. That’s all I care about. I don’t care how white, black, purple, green, whatever the f–k it is, nobody can tell me …,” he tried to explain to the extremists.

But this notion of colorblindness seemed to confuse them, no doubt because they’ve been indoctrinated into accepting the increasingly popular left-wing thesis that virtually everything in America, including its formation, is rooted in racism.

Seemingly frustrated by Faouri’s refusal to bend the knee, the mob eventually moved on, thankfully, though that hasn’t always been the case.

BLM-inspired riots across the nation have produced multiple instances of business owners being attacked (or even killed) and their properties being vandalized (or burnt down).

In several cases the victims have been black, which raises the paradoxical question of whether black lives even matter to Black Lives Matter …

The evidence suggests the answer is a resounding “NO!”
