Anarchists and radical left revolutionaries who have besieged the city of Portland for 100 consecutive days are so emboldened in the success of their lawlessness that they brazenly instruct activists out in the open.
An example of this was seen in a video making the rounds Saturday of Black Lives Matter organizers being recorded as they explain the tactics to be employed to block “multiple lanes of traffic” in the city.
“We will spread out and we will occupy all the lanes,” a woman explained. “When we are occupying all lanes of traffic, we are not going to merge back into one lane until we’re all the way to the next curve.”
“So take them all up, you don’t want to leave opportunities for other people to come speeding on safely through. Make sense?” she added.

As bizarre as times are in post-Obama America, organizers even had a person signing the instructions for the hearing impaired.
“Also, when we’re spreading out on larger roadways, watch the bike lanes, watch the turning — aka suicide — lanes,” she instructed. “You have always got one salty person who cannot wait two minutes and will try and hurt someone.”
“Don’t let them. Scoot your car butt over into the lane,” the activist leader added, with a smile, as she demonstrated with her own sizable derriere — she joked about “paying attention to your side mirrors.”
Reviewing instructions from her phone, she informs the protester that they “are in service to the caravan,” and not to check their phones or get out of their vehicles.
“When you’re blocking, focus on blocking,” she said.
“Sometimes someone might get extremely spicy with you. Ignore them,” the activist said. “Wave. Thank them for waiting… don’t engage them, this is not the time to have a discussion about the deep meaning of racial injustice.”

Only a couple of hours ago they were holding an outdoor seminar in how to block traffic, and now they're doing exactly what they planned.

Blocking traffic has become the leading tactic in the left’s quest for civil disobedience, though it is more frequently accomplished by protesters placing themselves in lanes of traffic.
The only problem being that protesters don’t fare well when going up against vehicles weighing thousands of pounds. This was seen over the summer in Seattle, when a car struck two people standing on a highway, killing one and seriously injuring another.
Antifa rioters have been shutting down roadways in Portland for months, sometimes for hours at a time, as the Democratic officials running the city kowtow to the violent mob.
